Druid Test of The Tree

Strandar Pinemist is located at /loc 1322, 567 in the quest hall underneath island one.
You say, 'Hail, Strandar Pinemist' Strandar Pinemist says 'Greetings, young one. Are you a [child of the trees]?' You say, 'I am a child of the trees' Strandar Pinemist says 'Then you are welcome in my presence. I shall call forth some loyal children if you but speak the name. Will or Fenalla will serve you well.' You say, 'I choose Will.' Strandar Pinemist says 'Please read this tome. It will explain how Will Treewalker is able to assist. When you are finished, please return it to me. We have but a single copy of such a tome, for which a tree gave its life.' You receive a book called The Long Walk. Simply hand it back to Strandard to spawn Will. Strandar Pinemist says 'Welcome, Will Treewalker.' Will Treewalker says 'I am Will and I am here to serve.' Strandar Pinemist says 'I am no longer needed and will take my leave.' Strandar despawns. You say, 'Hail, Will Treewalker' Will Treewalker says 'Children of the trees, friend and protector of nature. We are brothers and sisters to the wolves and bears. The call of the Great Pine has filled your soul and you have found your way here to be tested. Are you ready to be tested?' You say, 'I am ready to be tested.' Will Treewalker says 'The tests of old are difficult and dangerous, but the rewards for perseverance are great. I hold rewards for three tests. The test of the wolf, the test of the bear and the test of the tree.' You say, 'I choose the test of the tree.' Will Treewalker says 'The test of the tree is said to be a test of Nature and only those stout of limb and bark will succeed. Bring to me a diaphanous globe, some hardened clay and a spiroc battle staff. Hand them all to me at once and the reward will be yours.' Hand the three items to Will. The Diaphanous Globes do drop off the pegasi
from Overseer Island as well as the meteors. They
both dropped today. Also the staff is uber rare
off the Spiroc Lord. We killed 14 today and got
6 war epic pieces and one staff which I was
lucky enough to get. The clay, for us, has been
rare. In 3 trips to sky we only got one clay (and
we clear Overseer Island a few times)
Haven't solve the quest yet because we're about
to hit the next island Bzzzaaazzzt.

Hardened Clay is a pretty common drop off of griffs/pegasi on the fourth island. It looks like a light colored brick (same graphic as small brick of velium ore) and is droppable, weighs 1.0.
Diaphanous Globe drops off the meteors on the fourth island. It has the same graphic as a Frozen Orb and is also droppable.
Spiroc Battle Staff is rare off the Spiroc Lord on the spiroc island. It is nodrop. The lord will wield this as a weapon when he has it, so you can see it.
On the quest island (buy the 1cp key from the keymaster and click it on the island-1 portals till you find the right one), you'll need to hail Strandar Pinemist and say "I choose Will." When Will pops, say "what test of the tree?"
The spelling on the reward has been corrected, so the reward is now a "Shillelagh." When wielded, it looks exactly the same as a Heirophant's Crook or Staff of the Earthcrafter (i.e., much too big for my little wood elf hand), only it's one handed, which is what makes it distinctive.

Globe drops on 3rd island and Clay on 4th :). Yesterday we got 2 Spiroc Battle Staffs because we killed the Spiroc Lord about 10 times in a row to get our warriors their epic parts.
I would trade mine because it can be multiquested and I dont need it.

I got the hardened clay off an elemental type creature (looked like an Air elemental) on the 3rd or 4th island in Sky. (not sure which one it was, 3rd or 4th)

Please people when you know that someone has been camping for a long time, don't pester them about when they are going to leave. Don't sit down next to them to "wait" until they are done. You might be waiting a long time and then the time it takes for you to complete your camp on top of that. The NPC will always respawn and will always be there. Just ask them kindly if they will send you a tell when they are done and 9 times out of 10 they will. These players are tired from camping that long of a period and quite understandably a little grouchy and become extremely nervous at the thought of someone possibly stealing their kill. So, be courteous.
