2) Loot 1 Storm Statue - drops from Breath of Yar`Lir (zone: Thundercrest Isles)
3) Loot 1 Wing Statue - drops from Wings of Yar`Lir (zone: Thundercrest Isles)
4) Loot 1 Claw Statue - drops from Claws of Yar`Lir (zone: Thundercrest Isles)
5) Kill 4 Storm Dampener - located where you fight Yar`Lir during Yar`Lir raid (zone: Thundercrest Isles)
6) Deliver 1 Storm Statue to Bianca Galbraith (zone: Lavastorm Mountains)
7) Deliver 1 Wing Statue to Bianca Galbraith (zone: Lavastorm Mountains)
8) Deliver 1 Claw Statue to Bianca Galbraith (zone: Lavastorm Mountains)

Norrath's Keepers: Lair Unguarded

It is a group mission (3-6 players) that begins with Bianca Galbraith (click for map image) in the Norrath's Keepers camp of the Lavastorm Mountains. Pre-requisites for requesting: - Minimum Level 59 - Minimum "kindly" faction with Norrath's Keepers Hail her to get a quest selection window pop-up. You have been assigned the task 'Lair Unguarded'. Our scouts have seen Yar`Lir up in the clouds causing terrible storms. We need you to break into her lair and destroy some statues while she is going. We've heard that these iron statues have been specially created to help her control her storm powers when she sleeps so that they do not wreak havoc on the Broodlands. Destroy them and you may help sow confusion among our enemies. We have it on good authority that the gate that bars the bridge to her lair is closed when she leaves. There is a three-part magical key in the form of small draconic statues that can open the gate if there is need. If one creature holds all three keys the gate will unlock. Find those statues to get into the lair. We're pretty sure they are held by minions in the maze. Note: This group mission scales to your group's level. The highest is 68+, outlined here. 
Touch the portal to Thundercrest Isles 0/1 (The Broodlands) The entrance will be marked on your compass (entered in the northwestern part of the Broodlands). Loot 1 Storm Statue 0/1 (Thundercrest Isles) Loot 1 Wing Statue 0/1 (Thundercrest Isles) Loot 1 Claw Statue 0/1 (Thundercrest Isles) The above three items drop from "Breath of Yar`Lir"; "Wings of Yar`Lir"; and "Claws of Yar`Lir", respectively. These spawn in random locations in the maze - usually dead-ends, but not always. Each hits for a max ~1,300; has ~60,000 hitpoints; summons; and is stunnable and mezzable. "Breath of Yar`Lir" casts an emote-based (six-second warning) Knockback: You sense the whirlwind focusing on you. You think it might be a good idea to lower your profile against the incoming wind. "Wings of Yar`Lir" procs "Wing Tempest". "Claws of Yar`Lir" doesn't appear to cast anything. Once you have these three items looted, you can head north. Kill 4 Storm Dampener 0/4 (Thundercrest Isles) These four golems are inside Yar`Lir's chamber in the far northeastern part of the zone. Outside the chamber is a "Storm Guardian" (hits for a max ~1,300; has ~65,000 hitpoints; stunnable; mezzable; summons). It doesn't see invis, so you can move past it. Inside the chamber, kill the four Storm Dampeners (very trivial kills). Deliver 1 Storm Statue to Bianca Galbraith 0/1 (Lavastorm Mountains) Deliver 1 Wing Statue to Bianca Galbraith 0/1 (Lavastorm Mountains) Deliver 1 Claw Statue to Bianca Galbraith 0/1 (Lavastorm Mountains) Now all we can do is wait and see what happens. Hopefully you've weakened her and given us a slight edge. Well done. This mission takes place in Thundercrest. You start in the maze area of the south east corner of the map. Your first task is to find the three drops from three mobs named Breath of Yar'Lir, Wings of Yar'Lir, and Claws of Yar'Lir. Our group has only done this mission once, so I don't know if the spawn points are random. As usual, a mix of see invisible mobs prevent you from searching the maze for the three named directly. The named do not hit for much harder then the rest of the mobs. Once you have the three items, your next task is to take out the four controller statues in the very north east corner of the zone. There is a red con (to 70) named guarding the room with the four controllers, you can invis past him. Inside are four green con statues that are rooted, destroy them and your quest is complete. Reward: 37 Radiant Crystals at level 70.
Update: the three named "of Yar'Lir" do in fact spawn in random areas of the maze.
