The kobolds are raising the Gloomfang Spiders to guard these mines. Queen Gloomfang's latest brood recently tore free from their cocoons and now the southern caves are crawling with giant spider. Get in there and clear out those blasted things! Kill 12 Gloom Spiders 0/12 (The Mines of Gloomingdeep) Kill 4 Gloomfang Lurkers 0/4 (The Mines of Gloomingdeep) Return to Guard Rahtiz with News of your success 0/1 (The Mines of Gloomingdeep) You say, 'Hail, Guard Rahtiz' Your task 'Arachnida' has been updated. Well done! If you collected any Gloomingdeep Silk, be sure to give it to Vahlara. She can use it to make bandages for the other wounded slaves. Here are some coins I found on a dead kobold. I killed the spiders and im standing by guard rahtiz and whenever i hail him he says he has nothing for someone with my abilities

Made my first plat on this Character, easy quest

Do these quests stay active if you log out or do you ahve tos atrt over? Kileld a bunch of spiders then almost Ld'd to come back being eaten alive. When I died I ressurected shoulder deep in the ground at my bind point. I couldn't get free so I logged ofr the day
No faction hits. Will get quest dialogue next time I am on... as for reward, I believe this particular task pays out with 9 gold and experience.

Seems I was wrong. I'm going to post a couple of the quests on this page... just for time's sake... I'm tired, okay? =(

(Starts in Gloomingdeep... the only step to the task is to "Deliver one Class 1 Wood Point Arrow to Guard Rahtiz")

"Nice work, I'm sure the others will make good use of these arrows. I found this quiver stashed behind some boxes while out on patrol. I can't hit the wide end of an ogre with a bow, but maybe you can make better use of it."

Gloom Spiderlings also count for the "Gloom Spider" count.
The Gloomfang Lurkers are found near the Queen's cave, at the back of the cavern.
