After getting the task, just zone into REGULAR Lavaspinner's Lair.
Kill all of lavaspinners (there are 2 kinds of them) you see till you get 5 boiling lavaspinner blood.
The task will be finished once you get enough of blood, and receive the money and faction instantly.
Don't even need to turn in, just destroy those blood after the task done.

This solo task begins with Private Nylaen Kel`Ther (click for map image) who may be found at the Norrath's Keepers camp in the caves of the Lavastorm Mountains (/loc 3750, 470). Pre-requisites for requesting this task: - Level 65 - Minimum "indifferent" faction with Norrath's Keepers You say, 'Hail, Private Nylaen Kel`Ther' Private Nylaen Kel`Ther says 'We all have the opportunity to rise to greatness with Norrath's Keepers and our honorable allies across the lands.' You have been assigned the task 'Creating an Antidote'. I must ask you to go within the great volcano. We need to obtain a rather potent poison from the lavaspinners there in order to create an antidote. Yes, we have learned the Dark Reign intends to poison us using the lava spiders' venom somehow. Be careful and swift. We are not sure when they may execute their plans! Loot 5 Boiling Lavaspinner Blood 0/5 (Lavaspinner's Lair) Most (all?) lavaspinners in the non-instanced Lavaspinner's Lair have a small chance of dropping the blood. Upon looting the fifth blood, you see: You have completed the task for Norrath's Keepers! Your faction standing with Norrath's Keepers got better. Also found out that you cannot finish these tasks in instanced zones. At least it's not registering. GM's have /bugged it.
When I walked up and hailed private Nylaen Kel'ther, he said his usually blah blah, yet noting about the tasks. I moved over to chieftain Relae Ader, who is right next to him, Hail him he said his little bit with [Help] in it.
I said "I will help" and then the message came up that I recieved a character flag. I moved back over to private Nylaen Kel'ther and Hailed him again, that is when he actually assigned me to the tasks.
