Doing this quest now.
Guard names are 'Pixtt Nemis's Guard'
Hit for 772 maximum on my warrior. Couldn't tell if it was quad triple or double, but a good guess would be triples and quads. not hard at all if you have an extra healer. (Group layout for me was War, Rng, Cle, Shm, Shm.)
they are also Mastruq's and come with all Mastruq features (dd's etc). Also, the Two Pixtt's are ixt's and come with all standard Ixt's options (pets, 'Trample' proc, hit for 1342 max on my warrior.)
Sem`Tach is Pixtt Sem`Tach and hits for a little less than Nemis I think.

There are four pieces of Riftbreaker's armor which you need to obtain in order to zone into Qvic.
First Piece: Riftbreaker's Belt Find Tulima in Riwwi (location?). You must have warmly faction with Yunjo Slave Resistance to speak with her. You can raise this faction by killing kyvs, mastruqs, and aneuks in Riwwi. You say, 'Hail, Tulima Erandi' Tulima Erandi breathes a sigh of relief. 'Thank you, ______. I have no doubt that those hynids would have torn me to shreds had you not intervened. The legion is ruthless as it is cruel. They care nothing about their maltreatment of my land or its people.' She leans forward and speaks in a hushed tone, 'Listen up. On my last escape attempt I met up with a yunjo named Dramudi. He swore to me that he had overheard one of the Mastruq describing how to cross the barrier into Qvic, the Prayer Grounds of Calling without the need for fragments of the High Temple. This process is much less treacherous than venturing into the depths of Uqua and Ikkinz, but would require an escort to Qvic for completion. This may affect your decision on whether to pursue this, but the least I can do to repay your kindness is offer you a look. Are you [interested], ______?' You say, 'I am interested.' Your faction standing with Yunjo Slave Resistance got better. Tulima Erandi slips a Stone Statuette into your palm. 'Give this to Dramudi. When we fled from our captors he carved it for me, as a gift. He will know that I entrusted you with it and give you further information. Farewell, ______. I will attempt to leave this place for good. Pray that I am not recaptured.' Receive a Carved Stone Statuette. Bring this to a harvester named Dramudi in Barindu (location: +415, -72). You must have warmly faction with Yunjo Slave Resistance and Nihil (one? the other? both? please confirm). You say, 'Hail, Harvester Dramudi' Harvester Dramudi pauses at his work. 'Hold up for a moment. That's the statuette I carved for Tulima! Let me see it, please!' Give the Statuette to Harvester Dramudi. Harvester Dramudi says 'So . . . You saved her from a fate worse than death, eh? Thank you. I care little for my own life, but Tulima is precious to me. Her freedom and well-being is worth more than all the platinum in the world. I will tell you what you wish to know. I overheard Mastruq Oltix complaining a few weeks back . . . You see, Oltix is the overseer of the harvesters. He helps run things here but he has great aspirations: ambitions that far exceed his abilities. He wishes to [ascend in the ranks] of the legion and find a place in Qvic among the more powerful Muramites.' You gain experience!! You say, 'Ascend in the ranks?' Harvester Dramudi says 'From what I was able to gather, this is how it works. The Muramites have organized their forces such that the most powerful and high-ranking officials preside over the temples of Qvic and beyond. They wear [ornamentation] that serves as both badges of accomplishment and as a means to break through the [barrier]. To obtain this ornamentation, they must undergo a series of tests to prove their adeptness in various aspects of strength, loyalty, cunning, and arcane power. Oltix was able to prove his loyalty to the legion without a shadow of a doubt, but his other abilities were found . . . Lacking. He was furious. He screamed and ranted for hours, and I took the opportunity to [eavesdrop].' You say, 'Eavesdrop?' Your faction standing with Nihil got better. Harvester Dramudi says 'I listened while he fumed and carried on. Oltix has a decorative belt that he earned for demonstrating his loyalty. I've seen it myself. Though one would think he would show pride in his achievement, it only serves to remind him of his successive failures and that he will never realize his aspirations. He's gone nearly mad with rage, blaming everyone but himself for his shortcomings. He takes out his anger and frustration on innocent slaves, _____. I want you to kill him, and I want to know that he died by my blade. Take this stone carving knife and plunge it into his black heart. As for me, I'm going to look for Tulima again. I hope she and I can be reunited. Good luck.' You receive a Sharpened Stone Blade. Your next target will be Overseer Oltix (location -177, -38) and will have to hit him with the blade. Once you do that, the blade will disappear. Kill the Overseer, loot the Riftbreaker's Belt and weekly report, and head to Kod'Taz. Second Piece: Riftbreaker's Right Bracelet Take the report you looted to Pixtt Nemis in Kod'Taz (location -490, -930). Be prepared for battle and speak to him. Pixtt Nemis says, 'Aha, thought you could catch me off guard, didn't you? Sem`tach sent assassins but she didn't know I was prepared. Guards, kill them. Kill them all.' Two guards named "Pixtt Nemis`s Guard" spawn and attack . After killing them, you must kill Nemis. Upon Nemis's death, Pixtt Sem`Tach will spawn immediately. Kill him and loot the Riftbreaker's Right Bracelet. Third Piece: Riftbreaker's Left Bracelet Find and speak with a malicious trusik (location -1090, -1600) in the Primal caves of Yxtta. You say, 'Hail, a malicious trusik' a malicious trusik says 'Hail yourself, ______. The mere sight of you disgusts me. You're just like all the rest of them - here seeking honor and glory without giving a second thought to those who were displaced by this invasion. Greed is your motivation. I can see it in your eyes. The only way to get your attention is by waving around artifacts and other magical trinkets. Hmph. No better than the Legion of Mata Muram. Oh, you think you're so different? [Prove to me] that you share nothing in common with the rest of the filthy invaders, then.' You say, 'I will prove it to you.' a malicious trusik says 'Very well! You should know beforehand that I have nothing to offer. All you will gain for assisting me is the unwanted attention of some extremely angry Muramites. Perhaps Ikaav Quyes herself would make an appearance if you do the job adequately. Yes, I said adequately. I would expect nothing more from you, ______. From here in this dank cave, there is not much we can do to retaliate against the legion, but the indigenous creatures have given me a wonderful idea. If we were to forge a potent toxin from the denizens of these caverns and used it to poison the water supply in Yxtta, that would get their attention. That would remind the invader scum that we're still here, and that we're not about to let them thrive in comfort while we rot away in the darkness! [Still interested], ______, or do you have more pressing matters to tend to?' You say, 'I am still interested.' a malicious trusik wrings her hands, almost unconsciously, 'Yes. This will be quite a treat. Seek out the cragbeast and recover three globules of their bile. The spiders might put up a bit of a fight, but we will need three of their venom sacs. Lastly, you will need to crack open the mandibles of the crag beetles and find three helpings of their spittle. When you have all you need, combine them in this container and return it to me for the final touches.' You receive a nine-slot container, Reinforced Poison Satchel. You need to collect the following items: Three Crag Beetle Spittles (crag beetles) Three Cavern Spider Venom Sacs (dark cavern spiders) Three Globules of Cragbeast Bile (ravenous cragbeasts) Combine these in the container and hand the result to the malicious trusik. a malicious trusik goes to work immediately, extracting toxins from the components you provided. She mixes the results in a vial and presents it at arms length. 'Ugh, this smells horrible. Get it away from me, _____. Stop wasting time standing around here, playing with the beetles. Take this to the statue pouring water into the basin, and prepare for a quick retaliation from the legion. They won't be pleased that their primary source of water has been tainted.' You receive a Vial of Foul Toxins with which you need to poison the muramite's water source. The east pool statue is at loc +15, +35, -453, a lot of mobs are around this area. This in turn spawns an angry mob: Pixtt Quyes who hits for about 1300. This mob drops the Riftbreaker's Left Bracelet. The pool has about 25 min cool down on it being re-poisoned if your doing this for multiple characters. Fourth Piece: Riftbreaker's Binding The chest piece of Riftbreaker's armor drops from raid encounters in Qvic. Confirmed to have dropped from Cynosure Kvanjji and Iqthinxa Karnkvi. Bring some friends. Once you have obtained the four armor pieces, equip all four, then zone into Kod'Taz from Natimbi using the Kod'Taz stone and all items will disappear off your body. The Riftbreaker's bracelets, belt, and binding fuse to your body, giving you permanent access to Qvic, Prayer Grounds of Calling. The magical barrier protecting Qvic softens as you pass through it. You have completed achievement: Riftbreakers' Ornaments You are now flagged for Qvic access. I was in Qvic 6 Boxing XP and farming some gear for them with one of my BOTs getting in wth 5/6 FS. I got lucky when a groups came in the zone and killed the Zoo and left the quest item to rot. So I thought I was lucky. That one bot only needs Uqua for Qvic flag and I'll tell you after 6 hours of doing faction I think I'm just going to bot him for the next Uqua run. I can one group all of the fights for this quest now that I have the Qvic piece, but the faction and farming crap just makes it worse than back flagging. Way to go Sony.

Nice spoilers - this quest still sux. I am close to give up, since its only for my alt.
This is what happened:
1) Killed zillions of trash mobs and did numerous food trade ins til i finally got my faction. Got statuette and dagger as planned.
2) Tried to dualbox the Overseer Oltix, not knowing that hes pretty tough. Hit him with the dagger, it poofed and my 2 chars died. No biggie i thought, but the quest npc doesnt give out the dagger again. So i thought i received some sort of flag for Oltix. I came back with a full group and killed him but he dropped nothing.
Arf, no dagger available anymore and mob drops nothing, so i am totally stuck.
Any ideas please?

try hailing the nihil npc in riwwi again, u need her item to get the dagger form the guy in barindu.

I can confirm this. I completed it the right way. Decided I didn't want to do the faction again so I went back to the start and got my idol then my dagger. I'll have a bot flagged in no time.

We tried to get several people their left bracelets last night. The first one went fine; we spawned her and killed her without major trouble. Then I was called in spawn her next. I went into the fountain, stood under the pouring water, and clicked the pitcher. Nothing. I hit the "U" button on my keyboard. Nothing. I made sure I had the toxin on my pointer, then clicked on the pitcher. Nothing. I made sure I had the toxin on my pointer, then hit "U" on my keyboard. Nothing. Then a pather aggroed on me and killed me. After being rezzed, I tried again, spamming the pitcher with clicks, and following the instructions of the person who had just spawned the mob earlier. Still nothing. So we had another person try. Still nothing. Since we had spawned this mob multiple times before, it seems like something may have changed.
As for the KT fight, just clear the surrounding area and pull to Pixxt Nemis. The person holding the diary needs to be the one that gets close and hails Pixxt Nemis. Her guards spawn in the same room, but they did not aggro on me (I hailed on a running start), so our puller went close and they aggroed on him. Pixxt Nemis did not aggro with the guards but was pulled separately just after. Be aware that the two guards are not mezzable or snareable, but one decent tank should be able to tank both of them.

As for the mobs in here; Easiest way I found (70 necro) was to cast get into the specific mob rooms, cast a snare and then rootrot them. Once there was enough room, kite them and let the pet beat on them as well. They do hit like a ton of bricks though. At AC 1200 and all defensive done, I managed to get a FD off at 0% and it was pure luck that let me survive. if you go to the big room to kite the lizards, be aware that every chance they get, they do warp like crazy.

Anyone post some questions/answers to the riddles to enter Primal cave in Yxxta please? From what I hear the Cragbeasts/Beetles/Spiders are all soloable just root rot and droprate is 1/3 approx.

Riddles are posted right after you asked, however, the drop rate is quite a bit less than this. I was in Yxxta today with a Necro and Cleric friend, just aggro kiting (which goes rather fast). We killed probably 10-15 Cragbeasts, 4 Insects, and 2 Spiders.
We had only one Cragbeast bile drop, nothing from any of the others. After the two of them left, I soloed maybe 4 more Cragbeasts, and still, no more bile. I figure if you take a group, you can mow your way through the caves at a good pace and maybe get one every 25 minutes, but expect it to be an all-day thing.
On the upside, these are between 9 and 12% AAxp at level 70, solo.

Yeah, this really helps the small guilds. NOT! Still, not to ***** too much because the Sol Ro alternate was great for us.

This quest is for helping GoD guilds reflag there members , not to make it so any punk that knows how to do a quest can get access to one of the best loot farming zones in the game. This quest is so guilds that farm Qivc dont have to do the horrable uqua just to flag 3 or 4 members.

the statue in yxxta is the one in the big pool in yxxta with water fall off just click on it and boss pop in corner just beside ) he dont rush and hit for 1300 with pal 2200 ac

Some guilds may not be able to redo Uqua/Ikkinz to reflag people, but still have enough Qvic flags members(+alts) to gimp new members in for flags.

Is it just me, or does this quest seem far too extensive for just 1 flag? I'm working on it currently, have spent close to 15 hours working on Yunjo and Nihil faction, and just now got the dagger for Oltix. Now I need a full KT group to go through and kill Oltix in Barindu, Pixxt Nemis in KT, farm Yxxta for 9 pieces, and then get a raid-in for Qvic to loot the piece.
The Sol Ro access takes 5 minutes, Time requires looting one piece in Phase 3. This quest seems to take 15+ hours of solo work then another 2-4 hours of full group work.
I don't expect it to be easy for high end raiding, but it seems that guilds would benefit more just from doing Ikk4/Uqua again for the umpteenth time for 2-3 flags. I do not believe anyone has done this quest on my server.
Am i missing the big picture?

Maybe it's not the Qvic flagging quest that's broken, but the rest that are too easy... look at the Alternate Flagging quests for PoTorment or Halls of Honor. These are as time consuming as this one and back then I thought they were perfectly reasonable when they were introduced.
And don't forget that Qvic backflagging isn't trivial even for the high end guilds - this quest may seem excessive, but it's surely better than running your guild through Ikkinz and the pain that is Uqua again just for 3-5 people that who need to be reflagged. And it not only saves you the pain, but also time - at least two nights you don't need to take your guild to do old stuff but to work on new stuff instead. Of course Uqua drops loots, but personally I don't think it's worth the time and work when you can access Qvic/Txevu and the OoW raid zones.
This puts the time and effort on the shoulders of the individual instead of the guild - you may argue if this is the way to go, but to have an alternative is nice.

I am ally with yunjo resistance, and have gotten the carved stone stattuette, but when I hail harvester dramudi in barindu I get the message "harvester dramudi pointedly ignores you and continues what he was doing" what am I missing?

Dznuts,im sorry to say this but Dramudi is a "Nihil" faction issue.Killin just about any GOD trash besides nihil / yunjo / animals will help.Maybe feeding the slaves in Riwii will work(I cant remember faction hits from it atm)

try zoning into Kod'Taz from Natimbi... its bugged, we have completed a few and this is the only way to flag... pieces poof after zoning into Kod'Taz from Natimbi while wearing the armor... you can then use Madronoa to enter Qvic

Well, this is actually working as intended. If you would have read the patch message from 12/15/04, you would have seen:

Do you think people actually read patch messages? I still have to explain /corpsedrag and /corpsedrop to people, on top of a hundred other things that were covered in patch messages in great detail.
I can understand missing a minor patch thing like soandso item dropping more often, but a major one like this just screams "I don't read patch messages!"
So yes, as Saraban said, this is inteded for people backflagging to catch up to their guild, not for a group of guildless people to get access to a high end raid zone.
