You can speak with Klok F`tshai, Marana Dreadflats, or Hoobert Flinkl in the Dreadlands. You say, 'Hail, Skizz Skazz' Skizz Skazz says 'Don't dawdle! If you want to know what [tasks] I have for you to do, just let me know. That way, we can be done with our business already so I can get back to doing nothing!' You say, 'What tasks do you have for me to do?' You have been assigned the task 'Filth of Goblins'. The direction to someone related to your current Task has been marked on your compass. Step 1: Speak with Khieka Ripclaw in Frontier Mountains, at the Burning Woods zone line. You say, 'Hail, Khieka Ripclaw' Khieka Ripclaw says 'Thanks for contacting me, ______. Your information on this matter has been most useful.' Your task, 'Filth of Goblins' has been updated. Step 2: Search the dining hall in Droga Your task menu is updated with instructions to go to Droga and search the dining hall for clues as to whether a rebellion is forming. Upon walking around the dining hall, a message will inform you the task is complete. Your task, 'Filth of Goblins' has been updated. Step 3: Kill 10 goblin flame masters Your task, 'Filth of Goblins' has been updated. The direction to someone related to your current Task has been marked on your compass. Step 4: Speak with Korriz Stillripple (Dreadlands) Korriz Stillripple may be found in the old Combine outpost at location +380, +8925. You say, 'Hail, Korriz Stillripple' Korriz Stillripple says 'Thanks for contacting me, ______. Your information on this matter has been most useful.' i walked all around the dining hall invised and no task complete message. then i decided to kill every mob in the dining hall area and still no message. i noticed the zone changed a little as these mobs in dining hall were slightly tougher then before and the mobs where the "table room" is are now green and light blue to lvl 66. So my thought is they recently revamped the zone and it changed the task somehow.
Think this task is broken. Got the task and talked to the person at bw zone line, was instructed to explore the dining room. I've been running around the dining room for 15 minutes now, clicking on everything, running on the table, against the walls. Even did a few dances on the tables for good measure. Could just be me, but can't get the task to update.
My mistake, I was wrong. I confused the "table room" where flame master japal spawns with the "dining hall" near where the earth mystic and whip cracker spawn. Musta just been tired, although I still maintain that the table room looks like a nicer place to eat. It's much less crowded. There's even a pig roasting over the fire.

It appears that at level 70 you can no longer get this task. The only task I can get is Decaying Theatre.
Klok F'tshai is easy to find if you can get a TL or port to DL (combine). His loc is 785, 9120.
It took me a few declines to get the task. I also had to clear an old task (alt-Q, Remove).

this quest does not start with the guy in POK
he is a lower lvl task master who points u towards this task, all task master will do this

Correct. I sent that information b/c it showed the names of the task masters who Do give out the task. =) Naturally, when I returned to Skizz Skazz, he refused to give me this task again. Probably b/c I'm camping Flame Master Japal for something and Skizz just Knows this would be a Convenience to me to have the Filth of Goblins task. =p He keeps giving me Decaying Theatre, which I will be submitting information on shortly.

What's the best way to get in and out of Droga to do this task. Have only gated into FM entrance, and not able to solo the 2 mobs when I drop down the 1st ramp, so have never been further. I was never able to get back up once I drop down the 1st ramp or whatever it is, luckily have OT hammer. I can see an upper chamber, but even with lev. cant get up high enough to enter there.
You're going to need invis, or lull / paci. If you can't solo the two mobs at the drop-down, then you're going to need a group or partner for the completion of this quest. Long as you each get a hit in on the mob, it counts towards your task completion.
Nothing in Droga sees invis Unless a chanter has made something their pet and then released the pet and reset it with mem blur. There is a chance that the ex-pet can now see invis. Not sure if SoE has fixed that little bug or not as of yet.
There is another way to get to the dining room. You'll need lev & SoW or better. Get up on the mound of dirt near the ledge's opening (at the zone entrance from FM) to get some height. Then you can kind of wiggle your way up to the opening by using the corner to the right of the ladder. Kind of have to get yourself stuck in there and wiggle up. Can get out of, and into, the jail cells with the same "wiggle" maneuver, should you ever fall down the trap. Not that *I* would have any experience with That. <cough cough> =p
You can also get to Droga via Nurga. IMO, that's the really long way, but mobs are easier.
Best place to find flame masters is in Flame Master Japal's area. Good place to set up camp is in the hallway leading to Bone Caster Fizzik. No roamers in this hallway so you can med undisturbed, if need be.
