hey all,
I tried to get this task on my main character but the task giver wouldn't talk to me cause apparently my character had too much experience, and gave me the names of task givers with tasks benefitting my experience.
my character's lvl is in the mid 50's but yet the task display here basically has no real maximum lvl for the task since it goes up to lvl 75.
i'd like to have a actuall maximum to receive the task stated here. as it looks i may have to shroud down to receive the task.

Step 1: Speak with Sidern Delangan (Lavastorm Mountains) Enemies are always closer than you think, aren't they? That's exactly what you're going to learn on your journey today. They're much closer than you think so there's no time to waste. Just speak with Sidern Delangan for information on exactly what you need to do to get to the bottom of this dilemma. Sidern Delangan may be found in the Lavastorm Mountains at +200, -1550, near the zoneline to Nektulos Forest. You say, 'Hail, Sidern Delangan' Sidern Delangan says 'Thanks for contacting me, ______. Your information on this matter has been most useful. Your task 'Clearing the Mines' has been updated. Step 2: Kill 10 Greater Kobolds (Nagafens Lair) By now you're beginning to understand the complexities of the situation, aren't you? You're learning how problematic it can be to have to fight off your cohorts when they go bad. Sadly, you're going to have to take the road less traveled and kill 10 greater kobolds. Kill 10 x Greater Kobold. Your task 'Clearing the Mines' has been updated. Step 3: Kill 10 gnomish miners (Soluseks Eye) Then there are times when those you slaughter weren't friends at all. It's a shame you had to be deceived like that, but those mongrels were causing too many problems. Now you are ready to face the threat of someone even closer than before. You need to kill 10 gnomish miners. Wipe them out. In addition, they're holding very sensitive items that need to be recovered. While you're out cleaning up the mess, make sure you loot 4 Gnome Meat. Kill 10 x Gnomish Miner. Your task 'Clearing the Mines' has been updated. Step 4: Loot 4 Gnome Meat (Soluseks Eye) Once again you've proven that you can take the hard assignments and come out without a scratch. It's quite an accomplishment and it means you're almost done. Just deliver 4 Gnome Meat to Symbell Sunara to finish everything off. Step 5: Deliver 4 Gnome Meat to Symbell Sunara (Lavastorm Mountains) Give the four Gnome Meat to Symbell Sunara (unstacked). Do you have to be lvl 35 or above to get this quest? I'm a lvl 24 ber and when I spoke to loric he just asked if i was interested in fine crafted stuff, or some such nonsense.
I picked up this quest at around level 36-38, then forgot about it and leveled all the way up to 51 before I realized I still had a task out there waiting for me. The only way I noticed is I was with a friend camping the cleric epic peice in Solusek A, and wandered to Sol B, I dropped a few Greater Kobolds and got a big TASK STAGE COMPLETE pop up. Imagine my surpse, eh?
Couple of things- The kobold part seems to work for Greater Kobolds, Greater Kobold Shamans, and Solusek Kobolds. I think the trigger is bugged, cos I get updates for all of them. Also, the gnome meat seems to be a really rare drop on gnome miners. I long since completed my ten miner kills, but still haven't seen one meat drop.
