Assuming that this quest is called Way, Way Up There in game, same tasks, I've completed it except for finding the guy and giving him the loot... I'll repost when I find his name.

This sounds like a task given in POK for the Lost traveler. I did this a week ago with my enchanter. It was given by Castlen Drew you goto the warrens to find the lost traveler and kill the kobolds that killed him. You must enter the room with the prince and then kill 10 kobold protectors and loot 4 chunks of meat and some hides
