i went the the bazaar and bought 7 canni 3's (cost me about 300pp) and then went back to do turn ins. After 5 turn in's i received all 4 of my higher level spells (got 2 shadoo's). Maybe I was lucky

Who ever thought up these turn in quests should have to wear a dunce cap. Turned in like 10 spells and got all Isidious Decay and Shroud of the Spirits. This spell is something I will have to live without. I have poison resist which is 40, even tho it's not group it will have to do until 58 when I get Talisman of Epuration which is in the bazaar almost always for around 100pp or less. This alone tells you there is something wrong .. a 58 spell that gives better poison and disease resist sells for much less than a 53 spell with lower poison resist only.

My "Bad"! Correction. "Alex" is there. This location, 400, -3292, where Alex is; is throught the tunnel. "Almost due east, from West entrance to FV. Old Drogvack ruins.

So, My shaman is creeping his way through 51(and don't try to tell me SOE nerfed hell levels) and I'm rounding up my 52 spells. I pick up a handful of Talisman of Jasinth scrolls and head to FV. I turn one in and get Shadoo. I turn them all in and get Shadoo every time. OK, maybe it's Jasinth -> Shadoo . I pick up a couple each Cripple, Canni 3, and Spirit of Scale figuring one of them should give me Indisious Decay.
Nope. I wound up with 8 Shadoos, 5 Shrouds, before I finally get the one I'm looking for. Anyone else having similar issues with apparently stacked randoms?

I received many Insidious Decays one Shroud of the Spirits and two Torrent of Poison with various hand-ins (but mostly the spirit of scale since it was dirt cheap in the bazaar) but I have not yet received a Talisman of Shadoo
With the dragoon invasion of FV, the NPCs that escaped are hiding out in the NE corner of the zone.

This Information is incorrect. /loc 390, n3310 is not in the NE corner of the zone and Alex is not at that location. Tunare server.

how in the hekk are we supposed to get these spells if FV is overrun with dragoons? is there an alternate way to get them?
