I was fighting trolls down in the basement for XP when suddenly a 'patrol' with two luggald torturers spawned right near me. The gnome prisoner with them kept walking after they attacked me, but when I killed the second escort he despawned and re-appeared as Traxil. The dialog is as above, and as for the event itself:
The individual torturers will file into the room and stand towards the front of it. Important note: The 3 spawns in the room keep spawning during the 'event.'
As long as you haven't aggroed them(I was 65 at the time, so not too hard), you can wait and heal up between engagements. After killing 4 waves, when I killed the first torturer of wave 5 the pain master immediately spawned in the room's doorway. I decided to engage him first instead of the second torturer of wave 5, but it may have been a bad idea - he dropped nothing. The torturer didn't depop though so I killed him thinking maybe the last enemy of the 'event' would have loot, but no.
A bit of a shame as the zone is otherwise pretty well put together.

This appears to be a ring event of some sort in Torgiran Mines.
Traxil Pidpop regards you indifferently -- You could probably win this fight. You say, 'Hail, Traxil Pidpop' Traxil Pidpop says 'Woooh am I glad to see you! Traxil Pidpop shouts his thanks to the heroes and then sprints down the hall. a luggald torturer slashes the air with its wicked claws as it moves to attack. After several rounds of two luggald torturers at a time, you see this: You have slain a luggald torturer! You gain party experience!! a luggald torturer's corpse spews forth bloody gore from its numerous wounds as it falls over dead. Dark whispers promising pain and torture come from just ahead. a luggald pain master scowls at you, ready to attack -- it appears to be quite formidable. At lvl 65 mage i solo'd it with small aggro radius in this zone and it took forever w/o c3 or viction but the end guy dropped nothing
but i did get like 1/10 to 1/6 an aa was hard to tell wasnt really looking

did this and after killing Luggald Painmaster nothung happend, tho he had this on him

Anyone try bringing extra people to follow Traxil?

Well I did this today, killed all the waves and Painmaster popped, killed him. No loot, No Traxil, No nothing. Only up side was I was alone in the mines and soloed it, took a while but the mobs dont despawn so I just rooted and medded when needed.

Exactly like it says. Once Traxil runs off there are about 10 waves of two torturers. Haven't completed it from beginning to end.
