The Talombi Berries are foraged and no drop. ~_~ I foraged one tonight, very, very rare. 4 weeks of foraging in all zones, and it finally popped up in Barindu, the hanging gardens.

This quest has been solved. Basically, it's:
Give Tillgar some ale, get Cristov's wine
Give Cristov the wine, get device schematics
Give Cristov the device, get new wine recipe
Give Cristov the new wine, and get Cristov's Corker

Completed the Grape Crushing Device (lore,nodrop)
4 slot container. Forge combine was not trivial at 200.
per Cristov's instructions I gave him container. He handed it back to me along with a note "Cristov's New Wine Recipe" - text follows:

Two Talombi Berries
Two Grapes
Combine in a brew barrel
Exquisite Berry Base
Wine Yeast'Bottle
Cristov's text says that the Talombi Berries are found 'somewhere near the city on the continent'
He wants the completed wine.
personal note: if these berries are forage/no-drop i'm gonna scream

When he gives you the schematics, he asks you to return the device if you are able to make it. Presumably the quest continues from there.
