Per April 19, 2017 patch:
- Several Planes of Power era quests that were restricted to Lost Dungeons of Norrath have been changed so that they are restricted to Planes of Power. Some examples include the Restock High Quality Ore quests, the Storm Reaper Initiate Scimitar quest, and the Mace of the Stoutdeacon quest.

You say, 'Yes, I am looking for a job.' Yakem Oreslinger says 'I need you to take this crate and fill it with either Small Bracks of Unrefined Ore or Large Bricks of Unrefined Ore then return it to me so that I may refine it and sell it. The unrefined ore that I require is often mined by the goblins in the ruins of Permafrost Keep.' Combine 4 Small Bricks of Unrefined Ore in the crate to get a Small Shipment of Unrefined Ore, or combine 4 Large Bricks of Unrefined Ore in the crate to get a Large Shipment of Unrefined Ore. Hand the result to Yakem. He despawns and respawns with a fresh supply of high quality ore. Turning in small bricks yields... Yakem Oreslinger says 'Thank you! I will prepare the ore for sale and be open for business again momentarily. Here is your payment for your services.' Your faction standing with QeynosCitizen has been adjusted by 4. This quest is a real boon when skilling up on human cultural plate. The HQ ore vendors in Qeynos, Kaladim, Bazaar, Plane of Knowledge etc. all carry a stock of 75 blocks, 75 large bricks and 75 small bricks of HQ ore. This quickly runs out when you are doing a big skill run. So plan accordingly and get some unrefined ore ready for refilling with more ore as required.
Can anyone tell me how many turn-ins I have to do before I get a visible faction hit ( i.e. when will they love me) ???

This is also an uncommon drop on the goblins in Solusek's Eye zone (aka Sol A)

You can also get the ore in Runnyeye and Highhold Keep. The goblins in both area drop them. Can usualy find the small blocks at the merchants in Highhold Keep.
