Back before gates when live, this quest was one of a few in zone that gave info to help solve a puzzle on the gates site.
" I heard Morden Rasp recount the tale of his early days as a rebellious student in the Rogues of the White Rose in Halas. They taught him all of his skills. I bet you didn't know that!'"
That's the reward if you are tring to figure out the puzzle for yourself and can crack the code of the runes for the different letters. I belive the reward was a trailor of Gates.

Did this quest on my first visit to the zone. Took me forever to collect all the shells needed. I have max tracking and ran out of turtles real fast. Did the hand in and the broad gave me some crappy exp and even worse money. Took me the better part on an hour to collect those stupid shells!

I have a level 24 necro, I plan to take him to Nedarias just to see how the zone exp modifier is. This would be a nice newbie quest to go along with good exp if the ZEM is good enough.

no experience in this zone . seems alot of minor tradeskill drops are here but thats it
