After completing Aid Eino's escort quest in the Plane of Nightmare and have the Tiny Gold Fist in your inventory, return to him at the top of the library in the Plane of Knowledge.
You say, 'Hail, Aid Eino' Aid Eino says, 'Why hello ______! It is good to see you again after our adventure in the Plane of Nightmare. Know that you have shown your worth to both Kerasha and myself. Should you ever need anything feel free to call upon us. May Quellious guide your path in the Planes!' Now turn to Councilwoman Kerasha. You say, 'Hail, Councilwoman Kerasha' Councilwoman Kerasha says, 'Greetings ______! It pleases me very much that you were able to help Eino out in his time of need.' Councilwoman Kerasha glances at Eino, 'Tunare only knows what I would do without him at my side. There is another matter at hand that has come to the attention of the council that is beyond even our combined power and requires the aid of a powerful alliance. Would you be willing to aid Tanaan?' You say, 'I would be willing to aid Tanaan.' Councilwoman Kerasha says, 'A rift in this plane at the point of harmony upon which the city of Tanaan is built is crumbling. The other council members do not see it happening for they lack the sight that I possess. Granted it will take time but it is something that must be set to right or our home will fall to waste among the tides of the Planes.' Councilwoman Kerasha's body grows rigid. 'I did not spend my life in defense of this city to watch it crumble to dust! The way to repair the breach is difficult but I feel Tunare will grant me the strength once I have the four essences of power in my grasp.' You say, 'What essences of power?' Councilwoman Kerasha says, 'The powers that watch over the four elemental planes all guard their respective essence of power. You must defeat each of them in turn and place them all within this sacred bowl. Once I have the combined power of the planes I can begin the ceremony and set the foundation of the city to rights. Thank you for your offer to assist me ______.' You receive a Sacred Bowl, a 4-slot container. You now need to kill the Elemental gods or their avatars: Fennin Ro, the Tyrant of Fire; Xegony the Queen of Air; Coirnav the Avatar of Water; and Avatar of Earth. Each can rarely drop Essences of their respective plane - Fire, Air, Water and Earth (NOTE: there is an Essence of Mud that still drops in the Earthen Badlands which is not the Essence required for this quest). Once you've gathered all four essences, combine them within the sacred bowl to craft a Power of the Planes, and return this to Councilwoman Kerasha. Councilwoman Kerasha takes the Power from you and hands it to Aid Eino. 'Thank you ______. The energy I must expend to perform such a task is days in the gathering. The city of Tanaan is forever in your debt. Take this, it is but a small token of the gratitude of the city. If it does not suit you, return it to me and I shall give you another reward.' You gain experience!! There are several rewards Kerasha can hand you: 1. Jade Hoop of Speed, 2. Cord of Invigoration, 3. Mace of the Ancients, 4. Ring of Farsight, 5. Frizznik's Endless Coin Purse. You can simply cycle through them until you get the one you wish to keep. You can go back at any time and exchange it for another depending on your wants and desires. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

This quest is just UBER. I mean you can play around with each item and when you get bored with it just trade it in for a dif one. I myself would mess around with the pet proc one and the ring and belt then prolly go with the earring for keeps until I get an upgrade, but all are great.
Are the essences used in this quest the same ones that are gathered for the Binden Concerrentia?
nope those are living fragments of *insert element here* these drop only off Xegony, Fennin, Coirnav, Avatar of Earth, So your guild has to be time enabled to get these.
