After Pagik Tsissun has been freed from slavery in the Temple of Droga, he will respawn in the Lake of Ill Omen in one of the buildings near Cabilis. He's not so deep in the complex that you should be in danger of getting attacked if you are KOS to the iksars.

You say, 'Hail, Pagik Tsissun'

Pagik Tsissun says 'The feeling of freedom is good indeed, greetings wanderer. Having escaped the clutches of the drogan goblins I desire for them to know the true meaning of fear. Will you help teach them the meaning of fear?'

You say, 'I will help teach them the meaning of fear.'

Pagik Tsissun says 'Very well head to the Temple of Droga and seek out the so called goblin bone depredators. Slaughter them until you have three Blades of the Depredator and bring those back. Also seek out the Jailor Maufan and bring back the Mark of Imprisonment. Do this and I shall reward you well.'

Drop ratios

What I can tell from my expieriences there Earth Totems are most common (4 drops so far). Then Hoodlum Symbol of Dust (2 Drops). Then Blade of the Depredator (1 Drop). Then Fetish of Ice Mastery and The Sash of The Cave Lords.
The last 2 seem to be very very rare. Your numbers might be correct. Have to count all kills there to confirm the numbers.

Saw one once for sale on Xegony for 500pp. Should have snapped it up.

These quest pieces are insanely rare. My group has spent 2-3 weeks in Droga, at the king's temple and in the Jail. We've killed dozens of depredators, and haven't seen a single blade drop.

A wizard in my guild was interested in the Cave lord sashes, for the FT2 neck... We saw one drop in 6 hours at the King hut, and we killed at least a dozen more on our way from zone-in to the King (on top of all the others that we've killed previously.)

Even a drop tweak of 30% more would be nice. 1/100 sucks (possibly exaggerated conjecture, but that sure is what it feels like.)

I don't think it's a 1/100 drop, but you're right, it can feel like that. When I completed the quest, I had my parser search for instances of depredator deaths, and divided the number of blade loots, I came up with a figure of 1 in 29.75.

I have too much time on my hands, so I did the same thing for all of the other quest drops. Came up with the drop rates for the other quest items:

Blade of the Depredator: 1/29.75
(119 killed, 4 looted)
Sash of the Cave Lords: 1/74.5
(149 killed, 2 looted)
Hoodlum Symbol of Dust: 1/17
(102 killed, 6 looted)
Fetish of Ice Mastery: 1/53.5
(107 killed, 2 looted)
Drogan Earth Totem: 1/60
(120 killed, 2 looted)
Total Drops/Kill Ratio: 1/37.31
(597 killed, 16 looted)

My guess is the drop chances for all of the quest items are something like 1 in 40. The dust hoodlum symbol seems to have a better drop rate from my sampling, which would make sense since it is the item needed for the quest which results in an ALL/ALL reward, which may be coincidence. Possibly the hoodlum symbols are something like a 1/20 drop, while the others are 1/50 or 1/60.

Anyway, there you are. Expect to have to kill around 100-200 depredators (give or take) before you complete this quest. It's worth it though IMO, if you aren't in a raiding guild.
