Once Osvima K`Matim has been freed from slavery in The Mines of Nurga, she will respawn at 2352, 2508 in The Overthere. She wants you to bring her three Rings of Flame Chanting (off goblin flame chanters) and the Writ of Flame Chanting (off Flame Chanter Breplish).

Dialogues and faction hits if any needed.

In the various rewards my toons got from the freed Nurga slaves I never had any problems with level requirements.

This particular one was claimed by a level 19 shaman without any problems.

Is there any level limitation about this quest? it says that this quest is for lvl 45+, I wonder if any char that lower than 45 can turn in those items and have the reward.

After killing dozens and dozens of Flame Chanters I have still yet to see a Ring of Flame Chanting drop.

SOE has serverely miscalculated the difficulty of suceeding with this quest. Popular opinion is that the drop rate is about 1 in 50. That may be reasonable given the reward but when camping these you are fortunate if your kill rate of Flame Chanters is one in 4 or one in 5 mobs. That means that you have to kill around 200 mobs per Ring or 500-1000 mobs in the area where the Rings drop to get three. That's if the RNG is not on a mean streak. I've killed maybe 200-300 mobs over the last several weeks in the general area of Flame Chanter Breplish and still have not seen a single ring.

Now that my Chardok faction is maxed and I've got my Regal Band of Bathezid I'm going to find something useful to do.

flame chanters are in the back of the zone, as posted before, (past the overseer's) down the long tunnel, rings seem to be more common items then most of the other drops needed for the quest items, just got my EEIII belt today :-D loving it as a cleric

As a foot note, being a Dwarven cleric I managed to enter the OT outpost invisible, osvima conned indiff with invis off (be sure to hug the outer wall as the gargs are fairly close) note that I didn't actually free them myself, they had already been freed, and I hail, responded to quest text, handed in my items all in one stop, got my belt, clicked my second invis potion, and burt off :-D

Flame chanters spawn on the west end of the zone, before the pool but after the droga entrance/exits. Around the area you find Flame Chanter Breplish
