Confirmed tonight on Fennin Ro.
My friend and I decided to free Gillia after I had gotten the three quest pieces helping my Iksar friend get his Champions Pike. She had been stuck in the jail cell every time I had been in the zone, and we decided it was about time someone freed her.
We wiped on the last wave of mobs - just too many adding, the room was repopping, and I didn't think to use my harmony being that it was an indoor zone. Doh. Wish we had had an enchanter with us.
We were able to get back to the zone before the 2 hr timer was up, rebuff, and try again. Upon the death of Jailor Frixok I got the message that a prisoner had been freed. Sure enough, the dark elf was in her place.
I wasn't able to get all the pieces for the Revenge quest, but after seeing the difficulties faced by others here I went to FV to see if I could find her. I had suspected she had moved to where all the good race spell vendors had moved. I was right. She now pops in FV at 118.25, -3236.00, and 158.85. Run through the long hall to the spell vendors outside and turn right. She's standing by one of the ruined stone pillars.
Hope this helps anyone who tries this in the future. In the meantime I am going to try to get the necessary drops for the reward.

Once Gillia Brissok has been freed from slavery in the Temple of Droga, she will respawn at -2910, 2257 in Firiona Vie.
You say, 'Hail, Gillia Brissok.' Gillia Brissok says 'Greetings friend, it is good to be freed from the clutches of those evil creatures. Tell me are you willing to help me bring some justice to them?' You say, 'I will help bring justice.' Gillia Brissok says 'For justice to be brought to them you will need to strike at some of the most powerful goblins found there. Seek out the goblin cave lords deep within the Temple of Droga and bring me back three Sashes of the Cave Lords. Also I will need the Earring of King Dronan. Do this and you will be well rewarded.' Sashes are a rare drop off goblin cave lords, and the earring drops off the king every time. Bring them back to receive a Copper Medal of Rapture. Quest is still broken as of March 2008. Why not find make a quest to make her pop so you can turn your stuff in. To many broken quests as it is.

I'm planning to do this quest soon, and would like to know if anyone knows if Gillia's spawn is still bugged, or is she back in FV??

Any update on this. I track all around FV today and didn't pick her up. I visually looked at all teh npc's in the outpost and didn't see her there.

We freed Gillia Brissok last night successfully on Xegony. She never popped in Fironia Vie.
--The Search--
We then had 3 druids and 1 ranger and we tracked all over Fironia Vie, both old town and outpost especially. No Gillia. After about 2 hours we /petitioned and gave up. GM Tyoni responded to one petition that with the change in Fironia, the freed slaved had been relocated. This morning 3 of us have been tracking all over and not finding Gillia. Zones we hit hardest are Dreadlands, Frontier Mountains, Burning Woods, Skyfire, Lake of Ill Omen, Warslike Woods, Overthere, Field of Bone, Fironia Vie, and Plane of Knowledge.
I have done this quest before, but now it appears to be broken.
Either of these could be true:
1. She appeared in Fironia Vie on the bridge, and was killed within 2 or 3 minutes by the NPC's there.
2. She has been relocated to someplace stupid like Plane of Mischief or Sleepers Tomb.
3. She never appeared and the quest is broken.
I understand there was an issue about the slaves becoming un-freed when the server reset. There has been no reset at this point since we just freed her last night. I would think it would be a simple matter for a GM to check if she is alive somewhere in the world as she should be. If not, the quest is bugged.

I tried talking to GM about this as well, got standard we can't tell you about spawns answer - didn't acknowledge if quest was changed or broken. Please post here if anyone finds her!

She use to be up, but now that FV is evil she either spawns and is killed immediately. or doesn't spawn at all. /bug as much as possible. This is why people leave the game. When they add new content they disrupt old content. Then they have buggy new content and bugged old content. Stop adding stuff till you get old stuff fixed!
She is free (for now) on the SH server.
and she does respawn across the bridge, beyond the guards veiw.

just checked today and Gillia Brissok is not freed on mithaniel marr =( i was hopin to turn the stuff in

Well, I finally got all 3 sashes (65 Mage) soloed most of them, and some friends grouped as well at times but it can be soloed by 65 mage, just takes patience. King is pretty rare spawn, but the sashes took a LONG time to get. MOST FRUSTRATING thing is, that Gillia was in FV at the bridge the night before i finished quest. Once i got all the items i went back there, and now she is nowhere to be found sigh. Guess i will keep items in bank until she pops again. I would say i spent around 20 hours total on this item collection, but exp was awesome at lvl 65, and loot not bad either.

As of July 11th, I can confirm that Gillia Brissok is indeed freed on Xev (for the Int Caster FT2 Neck). If you run across the bridge in FV she will be standing to your left, hard to miss.

Anyone know if the slaves have been freed on Terris-Thule ? Spent a good bit of time camping the sashes and the earring, just to die in FV (DE Necro) and have a HE Mage buddy scout around for me ... never found her =/

The loc in the writeup is wrong.
Gillia is across the bridge in the city, loc -2915, +2266.
If you're evil, you can drop invis near her, she is indiff and the guards are too far away to agro.

can a iksar necromancer turn in the items to this quest to recieve it or his my faction going to be bad?
We freed her today on Kane Bayle. Brought 3 groups with me, but the script was bugged and the slave was freed after only one round of goblins popped.

Be prepared to camp Temple of Droga for a few days unless you want to pay quite a bit of cash for the sashes. I hope you have better luck than me getting them.

Been camping Chialin/Heaprit spot tonight, just south of King. Not sure if it was a freak streak of luck, but in about 2 hours we got 3 cave lord sashes. Finished the quest tonigh, yay! The Medal is still +12 Wis, despite the Nov 5 patch saying it is now gonna be +Int.
Interestingly, sashes were the only quest pieces we got, aside from getting two Heaprit hearts. Another group was camping King, and they got nada.

I've spent several hours in Droga killing much of the high level ones and at least 50-70 Cave Lords (have to check logs to be sure). -> no sash drop so far for me.
A group of guildies tried to get a weapon in jail area from a named yesterday and was able to collect 2!! sash in 3-4 hours. This might be a total accident but maybe they drop there more often. I have yet to see a Fetish of Ice Mastery.

Now maybe its just me, but if the quest to get this NPC to spawn is a lvl 55 quest, this quest should at least start at lvl 55 and not lvl 1. Sounds like Troll math here to me!

ummm items are droppable (though rarely for sale on brell) meaning a level one with about 100k could easily have this item.
I'm a bit shocked by how rare the sashes seam to be. Have spent 5+ hours on 3 seperate days and have yet to see a sash drop. I've been killing the cavelords in the King room and surrounding area, anyone have better luck elsewhere?

Hah thats nothing i killed well over a hundred cave lords each with 20k hp and just got my first drop think i will try to sell it i dont have the patience for this ********* If they set a quest it shouldnt require more camping than 5 epics.
Hmm I went to the location posted here and it takes me to an area just beyond the bridge that allows you access to the various docks and the bank in FV. Can anyone confirm I am in the right spot? Thanks...

Just a note - I'm not sure anybody has gotten far enough into the quest to use the Fetish of Ice Mastery (I think that's what it's called), but we got one from a goblin ice master in the jail area.
Three of those fetishes and Cialin's ice staff result in a decent druid/cleric/shaman FT2 item for the shoulder slot (decent stats otherwise, too). Nice, but kind of a bummer since a lot of people already have the FT3 Coldain shawl. But the Droga shawl is probably considerably less work to obtain.
