Is it possible to see what the previous quest materials were?
I cannot find undead froglok talisman in game (froglok ghoul, fetid froglok ghoul, etc are not found).
I believe the previous quest materials (when the trolls were in Neriak) will still work if I can see them (one item being a brick of crude bronze).

This is a good question. I don't have a great answer for you:
-newbie armor quests were implemented over a period of time (it took them several expacs to get all of them in that they decided they were doing). Trolls were one of the last races done so Ykesha era whereas other races got there stuff in PoP.
-looking around online, I found some spots that had some more vintage (ahem... not updated) info but they only had half the troll armor sets and of course the one you want is one of the ones they have no information on.
-Troll quests got changed with the takeover of Grobb and then changed back. That really messed up things here as information didn't come in a timely fashion. It also seems that EQ didn't update the quests all the quick after putting the trolls back in Grobb. It's possible that quest dialogue and/or turn-ins are still not correct in game or here.
So if anyone feels like running the full set of Da Basher's armor quests in current-live server Grobb and giving us all the dialogues, faction hits, components and rewards (or just verifying) that would be helpful.
