Balgros McMichael says 'I can provide you with instructions on how to create a set of beginning [armor], fit for any Shaman of Justice.' You say, 'What armor?' Balgros McMichael says 'During your travels you will no doubt run into danger. It is best to have a sturdy set of armor to protect yourself. Take this Justice Plate Assembly Kit. You will use it to create the various parts of your armor such as [helm], [bracers], [armplates], [boots], [legplates], [gauntlets], and [breastplate]. When you combine components in your kit, make sure they are un-stacked. Let me know what piece you wish to craft and I will give you instruction.' You say, 'I want to craft the breastplate.' Balgros McMichael says 'The Breastplate of Justice is perhaps the most difficult piece that you will have to construct. To construct your breastplate, you will need to find three Small Pieces of Ore, two Polar Bear Skins, and one Spider Venom Sac. Once you have combined these items in your Assembly Kit, take this Breastplate of Justice Material to a forge along with this mold to create your new breastplate. You may want to try to see if the Magus at the wayfarer camp. As long as the servers aren't reset, you may find one there that someone has sold to him/her. But, if you are a low level be careful you may not survive the journey.
I have looted several of these from large/giant wolly spiders in everfrost peaks. So to clear up what seems to be some confusion, YES the drop in Everfrost. They are fairly rare drops, but they are out there. Got most of mine just past the guards on the first flat area where there seems to be quite a few creatures. Nice place for a noob to hunt since it's close to the guards when ya start getting whooped up on.

In my opinion, all the class newbie armor should be of this difficulty. You more or less gather all the pieces in the time it takes you to level to 6 or so without having to kill lame greens for hours on end. Only exception is the shammy BP, where is that spider sac? =P
I swear, we humans (and I mean the Real Life ones) are never ever happy. Make drops too easy and you get complaints.

Sit down in front of your comp, enjoy the game, or ***** about it all day long. Either way, we are all gonna die with no chance of a rezz =)

Well I'm not complaining since my shammy appreciates the stuff - tho I admit the ranger gear is a heck of a lot harder to find the ingredients for. BUT for this final piece (breastplate) I'm having real probs tracking down a venom sac - been wandering all over western Karana killing giant spiders and not a single one so far after 20+ kills..... hoping have more luck with the large wooly spiders in EF since running back and forth in W Karana w/o a map is pretty frustrating....
These are nice looking n00b armor pieces and you can farm all the items for your alt. Nothing in quests are no drop though it is tough to get the spiderling legs.(after killing massive amounts I went to Gfay and got one first shot)Only flame I have about it is lack of wis and str but a plate wearing shaman is sweet!!!

Barb Armor quests seem alot easier then the other noobie classes. Most items can be obtained from a vendor 99% of the time. 3 items for a BP is not much, especially when one is store bought , one drops off a lvl 2 bear and one can be found at most vendors in volume.
Compared to say Bard Qeynos armor, Shaman Barbs have it easy. Should be a bit harder, or the other classes made easier.

I spent a good 3 hours in Everfrost massacring bears, gnolls and spiders to get the drops. Bear pelt droprate got nerfed when they added the quests. And I was level 31. Imagine a real noob with no gear at level 6 trying it.
All they did was remove the dumb rare-spawn mob rare-drop crap that was present in most of the other newbie quests. Try the Dark Elf SK one some time. Have to kill calcified skeletons (semi-rare spawn) and they have a rare chance of dropping one of the 10ish different bones you need.
I much prefer these quests, though I would have liked to have seen a bit more variety in the drops required.

I spent about three hours with my shammy trying to get the polar bear skins to drop for these quests before finally giving up and bringing in my ranger to track the bears. Even with a 44 ranger it still took two more hours to get three skins. These are great quests for some pretty decent armour, but I would like to see the skins drop more frequently or at least have the bears spawn more.
