All of these items are in the starting zone in the Rathe Mountains. I found the drop rate for the water moccasin tail to be very low (over 100 level 1-3 snakes killed)

The quest has been changed from the above, Prashnak now wants a water moccasin tail, 2 mosquito eyes, and a chunk of digested earth

Most of these do not drop in the swamp anymore.
