You say, 'Hail, Jasmine Yiur'
Jasmine Yiur says 'Oh, hello.' Jasmine lowers her head. 'Sorry, I am not really in best form today. I am in a bit of a [big predicament].' You say, 'What big predicament?' Jasmine Yiur says 'I work for the League of Antonican Bards. As you may or may not know, we are sometimes tasked with the delivery of mail to various cities around Norrath. A shipment of mail was to be delivered from here to Qeynos. It was supposed to arrive several days ago but I have received word that it never arrived. I have recently been informed by the guards that the ship was stolen before it could leave port. The guards reported seeing a large number of trolls board the ship and sail away with it in the dead of the night. The League and myself would be most appreciative of such a brave adventurer's [help].' You say, 'I will help.' Jasmine Yiur gives you a warm smile. 'That is the first time I have smiled in days, this mess has me so worried. Not only are we missing the mail but now an entire ship. Please take this note to Guard Bribbely. He is probably still near the docks investigating this matter.' She hands you A Note to Guard Bribbely. Guard Bribbely wanders around East Freeport near the docks and east gate. Hand him the note. Guard Bribbely says 'Yes, what is it, citizen?' Bribbely reads the note from Jasmine. 'Great, just what I need.' Guard Bribbely sighs. 'I have been a member of the guard for twenty years, investigating countless thefts and other crimes against Freeport and you think you can just waltz in here and solve this? You adventurers are all the same. Ok, 'investigator', if you think you are so smart, here is what we know so far: After the trolls attacked the ship, one of them was left behind and captured by us. After being beat, er questioned, the troll eventually told us that they were from Broken Skull Rock and that is probably where they took our captured ship. He didn't know about any mail, but says that any loot onboard was most likely taken to the [Crypts of Nadox] to await distribution by treasure sorters to the trolls there as payment. Further questioning revealed that a ship on the shores of Stonebrunt can take people to Broken Skull.' You say, 'What Crypts of Nadox?' Guard Bribbely says 'How am I supposed to know? Sounds like some darn troll lair. You're the adventurer, why don't you go investigate it. I will stay here to look for more clues.' A Bundle of Mail occasionally drops from treasure sorters in the Crypt of Nadox. Hand it to Jasmine Yiur. Jasmine Yiur says 'I am so happy to see that you have returned, and with the mail! You are truly a hero. I will make certain that the other members of the League hear about you. You didn't find the missing ship you say? Guard Bribbely will not be pleased, but you did all that you could. Please take this for payment of your brave deeds. May we meet again.' | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Jasmine Yiur location is inside a building and her location is -466.04, -635.07, 8.80 & I found Guard Bribbely at the West Freeport Gate. Easy Quest>Good Luck!
I remember long ago being told by someone to kill this NPC for a great DEX necklace. As I was primarily playing a ranger at the time, this seemed like a good item to have. It's a lot easier just to drop her where she stands and loot the necklace than to journey all the way to CoN and kill trolls until the mail drops, if you don't care about the faction hits, that is.
If you were me and I were you, would we still be friends?
Do you have to do the "Note" part each time, or can you just hand her the "Bundle of Mail"?

Side Notes: Jasmine is at the docks inside the area with the "Cartographer" in the entrance way. Guard Bribbely was right around the corner (left as you would exit)stationary at his post, for me. Getting the note and going through the quest dialogue got me blazing horns twice, but nothing extra in loot or faction(s).

I could swear that when I first got this quest, ages ago, you were supposed to find the missing mail sack on the treasure sorters in DULAK, and spent months trying to get it. Saw two of them drop in a few minutes time the other day while messing around in NADOX and was going to report it as a correction.

A friend of mine killed her today - Necklace is still part of the loot. just thought youd all like to know after all the patches since the last post

You can just kill her and loot the necklace (expect them to fix that one day). She is level 30ish and gived standard bard faction hits.
They havent fixed her as of today. I'm 2 boxing on my iksar so he can loot the necklaces aand my ranger can kill them. Yes i'm a evil ranger and all human/halfling guards must die.
