After completing the Gem of Enchantment quest, talk to Stefan about the third gem quest:
You say, 'What final task?' Stefan Marsinger says 'In my personal studies I have heard rumor that there are four archaic tomes that contain some of Innoruuk's darkest secrets. I cannot ask you to uncover all four, I am not even certain that they exist. The Concordance of Black Magic, Teachings of Innoruuk, Book of the Dead, and Applications of Suffering are the fabled tomes. If they do indeed exist and you manage to find them, you are far grander than I. The tome that I do seek will most likely lie in the hands of one of Innoruuk's own advisors, and they seldom seem to leave their studies. It is possible the Prince of Hate himself holds the tomes close. Find me the Concordance of Black Magic; return it to me with your Gem of Enchantment and your work is finished.' Turn in Concordance of Black Magic (off Tier 1 and 2 mini bosses - Coercer T`Vala, Magi P`Tasa, etc.) and the Gem of Enchantment. Stefan Marsinger grasps the book most carefully, while the cover seems so shift and move of its own will. 'What a truly beautiful book, even as it pulls at you as though it could inspire evil in all.' Seana turns and places the book carefully in a box covered in protective symbols. 'Thank you very much for all of your assistance. Please rest, I have much work to do informing the League and our city of these developments.' You receive 4 platinum from Stefan Marsinger. well me and the halliwell sisters where hunting in hate and in oh 3 or 4 hours i got all my drops for the first 3 gems and book for 4 th now this was really bam bam bam drops maybe dops happen ofter or i was just insaely lucky

I've killed over 100 minis on Tier One (no kidding) concentrating on Magi, Coercer, and Lich (I did others but those were about 75-80 of them).
Two Concordances of Black Magic. One off Coercer, one off Lich. They do drop, just ultra rare.

Book droped off Sorcerer C`Gazin today along with the ring. Lucky int caster got his crest and 3rd gem book in one day. Still been after my hybrid 3rd book over 120 hours in hate.

I've killed a dozen int minibosses in the tier 1 area and have yet to see the concordance... only really stupid drops. Has anyone else gotten the Concordance off a tier 1 mini?
I got mine off of Magi P'Tasa as well.

I looted the Concordance of Black Magic off of Magi P'tael on 8/7/2003. so you don't have to raid Inny to finish this quest.

Got Vampire Dust (super easy) and Signet today on Rathe. Only see two signets today (one of which was a Hybrid signet)
