Ok, I see bits and pieces of this Quest here, but I am needing *guess you can call it a spoiler* ALL information. I.e Regis exact spawn point *so I can bind there*, Zahals spawn point so I can whoop his butt to get Regis to spawn. I don't mind camping so giveme the info fer the camp If anyone has time.

Find Gavel the Temperant in Temple of Solusek Ro at /loc +417, +36, +3.
You say, 'Hail, Gavel the Temperant' Gavel the Temperant says, 'May the fires of Solusek Ro warm your innards! I am Gavel the Temperant. I work with Sister Blaize to forge the most elegant finery for clerics known to man or beast. Because we have no need for material wealth here in the temple, we ask that you retrieve [ingots and icons] from the lost or fallen brothers and sisters of our order. When mixed with some enchanted, [galvanized], [vulcanized], or [magnetized] platinum into an alloy, the items I can forge are splendid indeed!' You say, 'ingots and icons' Gavel the Temperant says, 'The ingots and icons are all named after the virtues of the cleric who held them. The virtues I require are those of the [reverent], the [constant], and the [devout].' You say, 'reverent' Gavel the Temperant says, 'Regis the Reverent fell in love with a gypsy girl named Lianna Ferasa who lives in the Rathe Mountains. Ask her what has become of him. Bring me the ingot of the Reverent, the icon of the Reverent, and 2 enchanted platinum bars and I will forge them into a reward for you.' She is located at the gypsy camp located near the Lake Rathe zone line. You say, 'Hail, Lianna Ferasa' You say, 'who is regis' Lianna Ferasa says, 'Regis was my one true love, but he was [killed] and his soul enslaved by [Zahal the Vile].' You say, 'killed' Lianna Ferasa says, 'He was killed in the northern tree line to the east in North Karana. If you kill Zahal, Regis' body will rise from the place where he died. If my flute is on the body, please bring it to me.' You say, 'Zahal the Vile' Lianna Ferasa says, 'Zahal roams the plains of North Karana. Kill him and you will free my beloved's soul.' Zahal the Vile is a ghoul around level 30 or so who spawns in the NE part of NK. Use sense undead to find him. Spawns at - 1800, 200 (down the hill from the Guard Tower has a spawn time of around 4 hours and has conned blue AND white at lvl 30. Have someone sluaghter the Undead camp at loc -3200, -2100 and use Sense undead to find Zahal Spawns immediately after Zahal dies at 1450, -1560 at the tree line. Find this loc before starting the quest so you can just run to him an slaughter him after Zahal. At this loc you will find a tree on a hill. He spawns in front of it. He is a healer. He is a zombie. You need to kill him and loot his corpse to loot the Ingot of the Reverent and Lianna's Flute. Lianna Ferasa says, 'Thank you for setting his spirit free. Keep his memory alive with this.' You receive Icon of the Reverant from Lianna Ferasa. Gavel the Temperant says, 'Impressive, do you have the rest?' Gavel the Temperant says, 'Impressive, do you have the rest?' Take the flute back to Lianna in the Rathe Mts. and she will give you the Icon

Beware! The werewolf hunters will kill Regis as well as Zahal. After killing Zahal, I ran to Regis' spawn spot, targeted him & sat to med a bit. Within two minutes, the "Fangbreakers" had killed him!

Verius, You have to kill the zombie to get the ingot. The above message tells you that you have to bind at the point that the zombie spawns, so that after Zahal is killed you gate and then kill the zombie who has the ingot. I am looking forward to doing this quest. I am only lvl 26 and not high enough to solo the zombie just yet. Good Luck!

Me and a couple of friends killed Regis the other night when i went to loot him all he had was the flute and a zombi skin. Do you have to kill him twice to get the ignot?

Anyone who rates this quest anything other than excellent needs to have their head examined. These bracers are AWESOME for the amount of time involved, really planes-armor quality.
If you want to do this fast, get a druid buddy to come hunt in NK. Bind at Regis' spawn spot, on the east wall at about 1500 north. Zahal spawns down south by the stone bridge to SK and you can find him using sense the dead, or any druid or ranger can find him. Or he will die eventually as any guard-NPC in the zone will kill him.
Regis will spawn immediately on his death. I soloed Regis easily at 35.
I was lucky. The first time he spawned in a couple of hours, the second time I zoned into NK ready to camp and Regia was up! But these bracers are so sweet that an 8 hour camp is a bargain.

When u turn this quest in at the temple do you get both bracers or do you need to do the quest twice to get 2 bracers?

You don't, in fact, need to kill Zahal the Vile. There are some werewolf hunters that wander the area and will eventually kill him, so all you need to do is sit on Regis' spawn point and wait for him.
However, this also makes the quest difficult to Dark Elves as they're KOS to the werewolf hunters, which are level 40+ and can almost outrun SoW. I don't know of any way to raise your faction with them.
