Torm Wenrar is located (143, -698) on the third floor of Skyshrine, near the entrance to Wakening Lands.

You say, 'Hail, Torm Wenrar'

Torm Wenrar says 'Hail to you my friend ______! I am Torm Wenrar, proud warrior of the Draconic Loyalist Fellowship. The dragons and dragon-kin of Syshrine have need of capable warriors to aid in the war with the giants of Kael Drakkel. Do not consider this a sign of weakness, even the most powerful beings benefit from having friends and allies. The Giants too have many beings in their service, Ogres, Trolls, and unfortunately even Northmen like myself have been hired into the service of the Kromzek. These mercenaries must be put down, perhaps if enough of them are slain, other sell swords would be deterred from seeking the employment of the Kromzek. The dragon-kin have placed a [bounty] on the lives of the Kromzeks mercenaries, any aid you can provide to the Skyshrine would be well rewarded.'

You say, 'What bounty?'

Torm Wenrar says 'You shall be rewarded from Skyshrines treasure hordes for the Kromzek Mercenary Brooches of every three mercenaries in the Kromzeks employment you slay. If you manage to locate and slay the [mercenary captains], or the more [notorious mercenaries] the rewards will be greater.'

You say, 'What notorious mercenaries?'

Torm Wenrar says 'There is a bounty for the lives of four mercenaries that have become notorious killers of dragon-kin. Since these mercenaries are not adorned with personalized brooches like the mercenary captain, their heads must be returned to me as proof of their deaths. The four mercenaries can usually be found together hunting dragons and dragon-kin. The first of these despicable individuals is a human by the name of Julius Oresco, a warrior of great skill. Julius' dragon hunting band is composed of the Dwarf, Grenth Drakebane, the erudite, Sadeem Oujva, and the northman, Rontar O'Karn. Bring me the heads of the four notorious mercenaries and I shall reward you on behalf of the dragon-kin from the treasure hoards of Skyshrine.'

The mercenaries are located along the southern edge of Western Wastes:

Julius Oresko and Grenth Drakebane at /loc -4062, -2930, Rontar O'Karn and Sadeem Oujva are at /loc -3833, -1903.

On handing in the four heads:

Torm Wenrar says 'Congratulations on successfully eliminating this deadly band of murderous mercenaries. The nobles of Skyshrine will be pleased with your actions, as is the Draconic Loyalist Fellowship. Here is the bounty that has been promised for the lives of these notorious slayers of dragon-kin.'

Your faction standing with Claws of Veeshan has been adjusted by 20.
Your faction standing with Yelinak has been adjusted by 5.
Your faction standing with Kromzek has been adjusted by -10.

For you warriors (and anyone else =p) out there, the STA gives you an additional 40hps. And they are actually iksar wearable YAY!

The ratio of how much HP Stamina gives you is correspondant to your lvl. These may give you 40hp, but at a higher lvl they will give you more HP. At 60 I believe each sta point gives 6hp (for a warrior). So at 60 these would give you 72 HP rather than 40.

Been ages since I've been to WW. Where do these four live and do they hang out together?

This quest is not hard and very doable with one group of 50+. I have done it several times.
Once with just me (59 pally), cleric 55, wiz 58, and a 59 SK. They all went down quickly.
The most dangerous part of this quest in minding your pull to avoid adds. especially if
anyone in your grp is KoS to CoV.

Our band of dragon hunters can be located just a short way from SG cave. As you depart
SG cave and head into WW go left out of cave entrance and head over the small hill.
You should be able to see the bodies of two dead dragons lying on the snow covered ground.
Becareful. Dragons are dead...however. The dragon hunters are slightly hiden against the
large boulders near the fallen dragons. I don't know their faction but they have been KoS
to everyone I know. Julius and Grenth will be at the first dragon corpse. I had success using
Lull or pacify and they are easy to splint with FD and a tagger. The last two are at the second dragon corspe. The Erudite Sadeem is a wizard and Rontar is a barbarian shammy. Oh and Grenth is a cleric btw. Sadeem layed a couple of 600 hp nukes on me but was very easily killed once i got my stun rotation going.

Also I can confirm that warmly is plenty enough to complete.

Just Completed this quest for a Friend of mine. The mobs are all very easy to kill, had a 59 paladin (ideal class to tank and chain-stun this mostly-caster group of mobs) to tank and a 54 cleic (me) to heal, mage with air pet and druid helped quite a bit, but I think it can be completed with just a Pally and Cleric (plus whoever wants to loot the no-drop heads for the turn in), so long as you can chain stun the mobs (we were able to duo the wizard last of all after mage and druid died to a wandering CoV mob). Just as a note, None of them summon, the Shaman will SoW himself (and pet) and the Wizard, and the Wizard gated on us once. Also, the CoV mobs will not assist nor will they KS, but things like the Ice Burrower and the Velium Hounds will attack you (as always). Incredibly easy quest for some very nice melee shoulders.
