I finally completed it today. The only reason I did the quest was because I already had a high poison skill. I'm not sure what i can really do with the coffin bottle (it'd be nice if store bought items could make stacks of good poison) but i sure did like that 100% wr satchel. I miss it already. I may make another since the trophy is only at 5/7. If I were just starting out with a rog I'm not sure I'd even do poison skills but we'll see how things turn out.
I'm not sure what renaorn's situation was below regarding not needing a 300 skil. I sure wasn't that lucky. Each time I ran out of poison stuff I went over to check the quest. 285, 291, 294 and yes I ran out at 299. She wouldn't give the quest till 300. I was really worried I would need 301. I always had the trophy in the ammo slot and never put it any other slots when chekcing the quest. I've since found out or was reminded that stat items in ammo slot don't increase your stats. However, when going from 275 to 300 the trophy evolved close to 75% in the 5/7 phase.
Like the others, I got the "lack the skills" msg until 300 then the another msg until faction got to warmly. I started at amiable and thought warmly was next but sadly found I was 2 factions away. I killed bandits and turned in gold pcs to Guard Shilster until I was done. I'm not sure when I got to warmly since I went to check a few times and she wasn't spawning so I'd head back and go through the cylce all over again.
I must of killed 8 cycles of bandits in W Karana, 4 in N Karana and turned in about 650 gold pcs for the 2 faction lvls. (Turned in as 5pcs at a time, other qty's and coins wouldn't work)

Just a note, since the potions all have the same icon I would advise being sure you have the right ones when you leave for Renux. Otherwise you may find yourself killing Scorpikis and yetti's for a bit. (What a bummer that was.)

This quest version of Renux Herkanor stands near Toxfoddler in West Karana, at -2995, -13395. She spawns at 7 PM gametime, although not every day, and remains up for approximately 15 minutes. Spotted in the hut at 7 am too, but the spawn time needs to be confirmed.
Make a Grandmaster Assassin's Vial and have it on your person before hailing or Renux won't give you the quest or the container. You say, 'Hail, Renux Herkanor' Renux Herkanor says 'Master Hanns is going to kill me! I let that dark assassin look at his prized poison collection and he lifted it all when I wasn't looking! He even snatched his Grandmaster's Vial! Master Hanns was so furious he grabbed one of his old blades from his collection and jabbed it at the wall so hard it shattered! I really need some help replacing all that was ruined or I have a feeling Master Hanns is going to send me on a suicide mission!' You say, 'I will help you replace all that was ruined.' Renux Herkanor says 'Fantastic! I need to replace all those old poisons, the vial and that old scareling blade. I think the bottles had the following written on them Bane, Burn, Essence, Sloth, Rage, Swiftness, Disorientation, and Dimethyl. Please hurry!' Receive a 10-slot Unfilled Box. Items list: 1. Not sure about your issue with skill, but I do know the only messgae I ever got from her was Faction related. She told me, "The Circle has recognized your deeds and contributions, but I think you need to prove your worth to us a little more." I did the quest at a skill lvl of 252. I did NOT equip my Trophy or my Vial. Turned in Gold pieces until I was warmly to Shilster, as well as killing the Bandits every time I ran through to check on Renux or go to the Bank. Once I was Warmly to Shilster, I ran over to Renux spawn point. She was up, so I hailed her after checking faction. Warmly, and got quest. Turned in items and received my Seal. So you CAN do this quest while not being at 300 in poison mastery. Unles SoE has changed something since you posted. Anyways, for all you Rogues out there working on this, it is possible. I did have my Title for Expert Poisoncrafter, not sure if that affected anything or not.
