the symbol is a IMO uncommon drop from any of the diaku's in tactics.. so dont go nuts killing elites and shadowmasters.. they also drop battle worn trinkets as well for the other manual
Almost 100% sure this drops in Plane of Tactics, off the the daiku elite guards. They are huge ogres in silver plate armor. Hit fast for 800 or so. They're not too tough to drop if you can take down the bosses of the zone (Tallon, Vallon, Rallos).
The Symbol of Daiku does NOT drop in PoS, it drops in PoTactics.
Anyone knows where / from whom the Bliyyard gem drops? Is it nodrop?

Blizzard gem drops from giants in the blizzard wing of the Bastion of Thunder. It isn't all that rare.

Yes the symbol drops off a Daiku Raider in Plane of Storms in the desert part of the zone. He is a uncommon spawn and it is a uncommon drop.
