Channeler Olaemos says 'Greetings, ______. I am channeler Olaemos, one of five scholars in the art of evocation to reside here in Myrist. We have volunteered to temporarily halt our personal quests for knowledge and power beyond the material world so that we may aid the travelers in our midst. The spells we have scribed are native to your world, though in our hands they are available to all practitioners of the evocational arts despite race or religious differences. There is one other thing that I can aid you with should you truly be a wizard and that is the scribing of a most foreign and potent spell. I require you to find a piece of the untainted, fledgling magical manifestations upon the plane. These items appear as scrolls or runes that seem mundane to the eyes of mortals, though they are far more powerful than you realize. If you are fortunate enough to stumble across such a treasure, do not discard it but return it to me and I shall turn it into a power most befitting of the plane's travelers.' Ethereal Parchment will get you a level 61 or 62 spell Spectral Parchment will get you a level 63 or 64 spell. Glyphed Rune Words will get you a level 65 spell. I dont get this server but it is cool.
no hand in dialogue needed.. just hand in the items and cross your fingers..
For completeness's sake, we'd like the dialogue that Channel Olaemos says when you hand in a scroll.

no tricks to this at all .. totally random .. better have a lot to turn in or the chances of gettin all your spells are low.. think SOE learned from this thats why oow spells are the way they are. only choices you have are buy them in bazaar for the outragus prices or have a bunch of turnins.. dont this for many toons and no matter what class you have you will get a bunch of extras befor you get all your spells

this whole system sux =/.. Keep getting the same spells over and over.. wonder why they did not do it like OoW spells..
I got Resistant Armor...the spell that sells for 10pp in bazaar. =\ And it's a duplicate...oh well.
i just used the turn in 4 at a time trick to reduce dupes and i got 1 spell other than fetter and 3 copies of greater fetter... this trick obviously doesnt help a thing
