Large King Snake Skins: hunt large king snakes in queynos hills. You may luck out and find a Giant King snake skin. SAVE IT!! You will need this later. These snakes are rare spawn and may have placeholders. I haven't figured out how to make more of them spawn. Find a friendly druid or ranger to help you track them.
Gnoll Foot Bones: Hunt gnolls in BB and around BB of at least "a gnoll scout" or better. The foot bones are no drop and look like bone chips.

To get this quest from Xeture you need to initially prove that you are a priest of bertoxxulous. So open up the training window first then say "I serve his will."
You say, 'I serve his will' Xeture Demiagar says 'By spreading the disease, decay, and destructive powers of the Plague Lord you will in turn be gifted with great insight and power. First however you must learn to survive in this city, surrounded by those who would see you destroyed for your faith. Take this note to Torin Krentar. He will instruct you on how to acquire a suit of armor to protect you from the weapons of our [enemies].' You say, 'Hail, Torin Krentar' Torin Krentar says 'The dead are watching you young one, yet you are safe under their otherworldly gaze. Is there something I can do for you?' [You give Torin the note] Torin Krentar says 'Well met young disciple of Bertoxxulous.
