Please correct me if I am misunderstanding this quest..... It is a 1 spell reward for a 1 spell turn in or must you turn in all 4 to get 1 spell?
You turn in one spell to receive one spell. Do not turn in all four spells at one time as I am unsure if it will eat them or not. I haven't tried turning in all four at once, and not gonna risk it.

I turned in my first spell Pillar of Frost and got Abscond very first thing. Then I turned in my second Tears of Druzzil and got Tishan's Discord. The 2 spells I wanted more than anything. I hear they are both super rare. I am just happy I am so lucky.

2)Atol's special Shackels (which it works great when soloing with Pillard of frost)
You can quad kite very effectively hunting Wyrens at Cs for gems.. The others drops at BW.

The only reason you found those spells for sale in FV is because someone had them left over from saving up for the turn-in quest. i.e. they took a bunch of atols/inferno/PoF/druzzil to FV for the turn-in quest, got the spells they needed without having to turn in every spell they took along, so they sold the extras to a vendor. Those spells are not regularly available.

At lvl 51 I had all but one spell I needed for 52. The only one I still needed was abscond. I also had many 53 and 54 lvl spells. I wanted abscond for 52 so I gave the npc Inferno of Alkabor. He gave me a spell I already had. I had Tears of Druzzil in the bank also, so I got it and tried again. He gave me a another spell I already had. That is just sooooo GAY. Now I am down two spells and still dont have Abscond. What kind of IDIOT comes up with a quest like that.
