I kept messing up the turn in. Tried giving the necklace and 1 wisp essence. Ran out to get the Enchanted Wisp Globe. Turned in 1. Nothing. Realized I had checked my reading comprehension at the door. Went and got one more Enchanted Wisp Globe. NPC did not reset.

The wisps will all disappear. The spawn cycles seem broken since the guards aren't killing the things they normally would. It takes a bit of work and may need some observation to see what the wandering guards kill. Even Holly Windstalker ignores players killing wolves and bears it seems.

This quest is given by Miltiades Tal`Azroth, a Paladin guildmaster found in the Knights of Thunder guild hall of South Qeynos. It's for Human and Half Elf Paladins who worship Karana.
You say, 'What final favor?' Miltiades Tal`Azroth says 'In the past I have sent some of my finest messengers to Qeynos Hills to deliver messages to the Sayers about current events in Qeynos. However the last few I have sent did not return so I began to look into what might have happened when I received word that the Bloodsabers had claimed responsibility for the slayings. I must ask that you bring me the head of a certain Bloodsaber who I think is [responsible] for the slayings.' You say, 'Who is responsible for the slayings?' Miltiades Tal`Azroth says 'I have reason to believe that Tovax Vmar is behind this, a dreaded necromancer that has been known to prowl the hills. Having Tovax dead will surely send a message to the Bloodsabers to tread lightly for their days are numbered. If you are able to find Tovax return to me his necklace along with 2 Enchanted Wisp Globes and I will reward you with a weapon suitable for a true knight of Karana.' Tovax Vmar wanders the Qeynos Hills and drops the necklace. The Enchanted Wisp Globes are dropped by willowisps in the Qeynos Hills. I am playing on the new Mischief server and I have been killing Wisp in the Qeynos Hills and I have not seen any of these got all over the other ones.. Has anyone got this on the new TLP servers?

This is a LoY quest. I've corrected the era for the quest, rewards and quest pieces and the guildmaster that gives out the quest.

I thought this quest was pretty cool. took me a while to accomplish it. I completed my newbie armour quests first which helped. I then just killed everything I could in the qeynos areas, sold the stuff then went to the bazaar and bought a low level magig weapon. by the time I got my 2 Globes, I was lvl 12 and ready to beat on Tovax and his pet. I had to LOH to myself once but I did it. the weapon is pretty good for a newbie... it will help me bring up my 2HS skill. :)

This quest sucks on Stromm. How do you get 2 Enchanted Wisp Globes to get this magic sword, when you can't hit Wisps without a magic weapon.
Get a caster / bard to help you. Heck, a cleric can solo nuke a wisp for you.

Sometimes is right. I have killed dozens of them and I haven't found 1 yet. Nothing but burned out lightstones and regular lightstones. There is a rumor that vendors are selling them in Kelethin, so Im gonna check that out next I think.
