Take this note to Rolfic Gohar and he will help you get a suit of armor to protect your scrawny hide from the weapons of our enemies. Head to North Ro and hunt giant rattlesnakes until you get 1 Giant Rattlesnake Skin. Give the Battleaxe and the Skin to Rolfic Gohar. Rolfic Gohar fashions a grip out of the giant rattlesnake skin and polishes the blade of the weapon with a strange glowing substance. Here you go, may the weapon serve you well. Where do you turn in the sharpened Axe and the Snakeskin too?

Tarsa is under con and has 3 more friends with her. There's a another tank a healer and a caster. Here's the pharm tactic that worked best for me.
Without many high levels on Kane Bayle yet it's tough to find people to help. I suggest having your local ranger or druid harmony them before you pull her. In my case no harmony enabled class was available. I have a 12 ranger on Kane so I used him for the pulling. Target the other tank, the one right next to Tarsa. Snare the target mob and run like hell. Only Tarsa and the 2 caster will be able to keep up with you. Tarsa will stay fairly close but the 2 casters will start to fall back a bit due to them stopping to cast. To get them good and seperated I would run them all the way to the EFP zone near the casters guilg not the one near the monk guild. Real bad pathing if you try monk guild area zone. Let Tarsa get real close to you and zone but the key is to not let the other 2 mobs get close. Zone back into wfp. You should now have all 3 mobs walking back to camp and a nice size gap between Tarsa and the casters. Due to me needing to kill the mob and then log and loot I would wait until they got back just inside the secret wall before I attempted to kill her. As a 12 assling ranger with about half of my newbie quests done I had to give it 4 trys before she fell. I made a tailored whip between kill 3 and 4 and it made all the difference in the world due to the fact that I was using the quest weapon wich is only 4/28 if i'm not mistaken. After you have Tarsa head you need to grab some sharpening stones in nfp. You will also need one giant rattlesnake skin off the giant rattlesnakes.
The result is a Dislem Rage Battle Axe lore, magic, no drop. 2hs 9dmg 44dly 2str 4hp weight14.
