This quest is for good aligned gnome warriors.

You say, 'Hail, Narron Jenork'

Narron Jenork says 'Pleased to meet you Gearsword! I am Narron Jenork High Watchman of Ak'anon. I am one of the most skilled Watchmans in all of Ak'anon and I pride myself on training the most promising young warriors that Ak'anon has to offer. Are you a young gnome warrior?'

You say, 'I am a young gnome warrior'

Narron Jenork says 'Well we can never get enough warriors around these parts as far as I am concerned! Now if you are a new warrior then you must go through the training to become a true watchman. I have a series of tests that will require you to test both your hunting and navigational skills. These tests will not leave you with nothing to show for your work because upon completing them you will be outfitted with a full suit of Initiate Watchmans armor. Are you [ready to be tested]?'

You say, 'I am ready to be tested'

Narron Jenork says 'Well then lets get you started! First I will present you with this Watchmans Mail Assembly kit to gather assorted items from both your training grounds of the Steamfont Mountains and in our great town of Akanon. You will then combine the different recipes of components in your kit to create a material that will be used with a mold in a forge to create your Watchman armor. When you are ready to craft a specific piece all you must do is tell me what armor piece you [want to craft] and I will present you with the recipe for the material along with the mold. I have the material recipes necessary to make Initiate Watchman [Helms], [Bracers], [Armguards], [Boots], [Greaves], [Gauntlets] and [Breastplates].'

You say, 'I want to craft a breastplate'

Narron Jenork says 'I am very pleased to see that you have progressed so quickly in your training Gearsword! I do also agree that you are ready to gather the items necessary for crafting your Initiate Watchmans Breastplate. To create your breastplate material you will need to combine 5 Bricks of Crude Bronze, 1 Runaway Clockwork Motor, 1 Brownie Brain, 1 Rusty Long Sword, 1 Grikbar Kobold Scalp and the evil Diloperia`s Bracer in your assembly kit. Once you have created the proper material take it to a forge along with this mold to fashion your very own Initiate Watchmans Breastplate. When you are finished with your breastplate please come back to see me, I have a [final task] for you to complete.'

Go to the forge in Ak'Anon and put them in that, then combine. No failures when making these armor pieces, but your skill in Blacksmithing will go up. At least a point or so when you havent put any points into it.

The motor is a rare or uncommon drop off of rebel clockworks. found mine wondering just south of the windmills, north of dragon bones. The brain is annother uncommon or rare drop off of the mountain brownies. I've seen brownies outside the minocaves, and also just south of the telescopes at about loc. 1390, 140. The brain looks like a jar in inventory.

Where does this spawn? I've been searching high and low and cannot find anything called a Diloperia anywhere.

She is in steam front at loc neg1176, neg1804. It's in the southeast corner of map just north of the telescope buildings that has the baking vendor.

Diloperia is one of a few dubious looking gnomes near the gemstone dealer (loc neg1000, pos2000 approx).

Ok, please be more specific seeing as that loc is not in akanon nor have i seen him near the gemstone deaelers...And i know of no gemstone dealer in steamfont(unless he's one of the ones near the windmills but i haven't seen the blasted guy there either)

The loc given may be a bit off, sorry I'm not where I can check my logs at the moment, but it should be close enough to find Diloperia and her associates. They are in Steamfont, near one of the telescopes. From Akanon just follow the hills around to the right, you'll get there eventually.

There are about 6 young gnomes there, blue to a level 12 I think, and of varying classes. (At least one necro with pet, and one harmtouched me...) They drop items for a bunch of the new class quests, so bring friends.

Bring friends is right! I just made 13 when I raided with a Rog14 and War11. We only ended up with half of the whole mob on us. I got the HT, the DoT, and generally abused in the fight. Luckily, I looted Diloperia of her bracer IMMEDIATELY upon killing her. Not only that - I popped back up and put the killing blows on everything else, too, until the Chanter's 5th Choke (or so - I lost count) caught up to me...right after I dropped her. Lost my level, but the XP I earned left me a mere half-bub out of 13. I killed one blue skellie....DING!

My advice - a party of teen-level adventurers. A good mix of swords and magic, and a cleric if you can swing it!
