The ratio is horrible, you can go to runnyeye at lvl 10 and get a weapon with the exact same dmg dly, but i do like the 8str 6sta, other than that its horrible IMO.
Um, that post is pretty much 100% BULL ****.
You CANNOT get a 12/29 sword at 10 in runny eye. The sword isn't even ******* 12/29. It's 10/29. No STA, Etc. Also, the mob is level 25-30 I'm thinking.

Most of the Quest peices for all classes Twilight Armour, seem to drop in the following zones:-
Dawnshroud Peaks
Twighlight Sea
Scarlet Desert
Tenebrous Mountains (sp?)
There is a good table, showing all of the so far discovered drops for all the item locations at the safehouse link below
