HI I AM A LVL 12 NECRO HOW DO YOU GET THIS QUEST I KEEP GETING KILLED BY THEM PLEASE HELP
a) you probably can't, since they made most of the Katta NPCs KoS to Necros. That was a really smart choice for a Necro quest, obviously.
b) unless you've bought all the items in the Bazaar, you'll need to be at least level 40 or so to collect them.
