Assassins in Katta  

I've been camping sasha for 3 days now, sitting in the bar waiting for her to walk in, no luck yet.

Only time i did see her was when i was doing first part of quest tracking assassins and she came up on sense undead. seems to be quite rare

First, Gabriel is reading way into this. I saw the additional lines given to a Ranger!! so I trust those lines aren't just given to Palys. (Work on your reading comprhension and i will work on my punctuation.)

Secondly, that does not mean that the sword it better than all other swords usuable by paly's(including epic). Keep the message in its GIVEN context and it means better than the previous sword given.

All this Hype and false information is simply a confusing waste of space. You might want to delete some of the previous info to the recycling bin of your mind.
The Solutition: INFORM YOURSELF

I reccommend actively doing quests, reading what they say and you will be better of than the going on hearsay. Or just turn stuff in , and you won't know why it all went wrong when you clicked trade, and wonder why you didn't get what was offered. Or be wondering why wasn't to your expectations.

I expect a 2hand Ghoulbane on Steroids w/ nasty side effects to Vampyres and perhaps Undead also, Rivaling epic in its field of specialty. It will be a reward to those that stuck through the quest. Maybe similar to the Ruined Coldain Prayer shawl quest, which is really a quite simple quest all in all. Many people fret'd about it, but if you already have the skills, you just collect and hit combine.... reward for those that haven't gone through all their levels solely seeking exp and loot only items,

I can't remember the last time i used spook the dead but i found that inside the city it works great the mob usualy just runs back and forth in a small spot, anything to keep him from getting those 200point taps on you.

I am a druid, first on my server to finish this quest (first day Luclin came out). I had no use for it so I handed it back in. I got a line that asked for two more things (can't remeber names) but he did ask for two more things aswell as the sword back. Might be a "new" epic or something for pallies

WHat's loc of Saumeem, please ?

The Assistance part of the paladin's hailing text refers to a quest that actually involves both Saumeem unja and Kellari Autumnfall (3rd floor - caster building). You speak to Kellari and and answer her text with responses to get a box to collect SKIN SAMPLES. The skins samples (10 in all) are put into the box...combined and returned to her. She will then give you a note to hand to a courier. This courier stands at the gates leading into Katta on the Tenebrous Mtn side of the zone.

Hand the note to the courier to spawn the running NPC named COLAIN JARSON. (Hint: have a a tracker with you to find her in the zone) Anyway, hunt her down and kill her. You get her head. Turn her head into Saumeem Unja to receive the reward.

The reward(s) are:
1) some coin
2) + faction hits to all the good race related faction in Katta
3)

Dmg: 7 Delay: 26

*Now my question is this....WHY is a paladin handing out a NON-PALLY USABLE weapon for the completion of this quest????

Infiltrators are named mobs, not named Coterie Infiltrators. Con blue to a 52, but way underconned. Took a group of a 57 Wizzie, 52 Paladin, 51 Paladin, 48 Ranger, 49 Druid and 38 Shammy to drop it and the Wizzie, Druid and Shaman were all OOM by the end.

Walks into the tavern by the bank, so just be in the tavern casting sense undead

You do not need See Invis to see them. I found one behind the merchants close to the bank. He sat there quite some time before I let a rogue know about em and he wasted him. Another one attacked me at the top close to where the winding path down to the bank is. Not sure where he was but could have been invised. Never seen where he came from.

Yar i Submitted the picture of the wepon the other nite, decent sword for mid lvl players, The upgrade is simple enough just need to kill one lvl 61 mob and find a rare gema nd your done..

Its a Pally quest, you get a Reflective Combine claymore, effect: flash of light , not sure if it is clickable. 2HS 18/38 dmg+5 to unknown body type. weight 10. It is part one in what is at least a two part quest, the type where you hand in your sword and get it upgraded, just like the shawl quest of Thurg. You can find the Coeteri in several places, they will spawn on you usually where the guards do not walk. It is a multi step quest, second part I also know the solution to, but need to do it before reporting. Nice xp, nice faction, nice weapon. You pallies go do it! :)

Since Saumeem Unja says they are undead assassins, would Sense Undead help locate them?

I was wandering around Katta Castellum earlier tonight, and was suddenly ambushed in the shadows by a Coterie Assassin! These guys are vampires, pure evil! This one was light blue to me at level 53, so they're around mid 30s in level. They also seem to have a lifetap proc in melee... a 200pt lifetap proc! This guy managed to actually hit me once before I could get him rooted, and when he did I felt my blood drain away, and lost 200hp from the spell. Word of warning to all you meleers out there that want to kill these guys, keep your necks covered!
