You say, 'Hail, Lara Trueseer'

Lara Trueseer grimaces in pain. ''The visions are so strong they hurt...please make them stop..''

You say, 'I am an enchanter'

Lara Trueseer says 'Very good. I have a cap, robe, sleeves, pants, shawl, and bracer. My friend Xavier has the rest just ask him about armor.

You say, 'What about the pants?'

Lara Trueseer says 'For the pants I will need a star jewel, a mark of passion, an adamantium quill, and pristine shik-nar claws.

while hunting with a ranger in TM we were able to find named grol bakus all the time, though not a lot of bats or coteries. So for several days we would killed any named when they poped. It was about a week before I saw the Lordling spawn. He was roughly in the middle of the zone wandering.
The ShikNar spawned in the East part of the zone after only 2 days of hunting there. That was a pretty tough one because everything there agros from a LONG range and with such steep mountains you cant even see things until its too late. Make sure you have a ton of bat wings. Also, it seems like everything in this zone hits a little harder than it should, so I found that the best way to fight here is charm fighting. If you get one of those rockhoppers under your control you can start slaughtering things left and right. But, you'll need someone to track/snare/sow/heal/etc. When this guy did finally pop I was able to get him, but also got about 7 of his closest friends. Lets just say that was one of the most 'interesting' fights I've even been in.
I've been killing the grol bakus in SD for the past few days but haven't yet seen any named ones at all. I'm starting to wonder if I'm hunting the wrong camps or something.
Anyways, these quests are virtually IMPOSSIBLE if you dont have a good tracker. Druids are ok, but having a ranger makes a big difference. Between the difficulty of the mobs, the rarity of their spawns, the need for a tracker, and the pretty average results, its no wonder people dont do these quests.

Haven't started the pants quest yet, but happened to find all the pieces for the shawl quest in the bazaar for under 150pp. All I know is the pieces from Mons Letalis are hard to come by...Tough zone with mobs that aggro from 10 miles away...Good luck!!
Spawn time and rates

Has anyone completed this quest and can give information about the spawn times of the mobs that you need to kill? I have checked all three respective zones mentioned for the Meeda Hune Lordling (Tenebrous Mountains), the ShikNar grunt (Mons Letalis), and the Grol Baku Historian (Scarlet Desert) and I have not seen one of them up yet. There also does not appear to be a good resource anywhere on the net (that I can find) that gives information about this.

Many Thanks,
