I completed these the other day. All the twilight armor components drop in either : Twilight Sea, Scarlet Desert, Mons Letalis or Dawnshroud Peaks. Most armor (i.e. arms / chest) takes 1 component from each of the zones. In this case the Mark of Mountains from Dawnshroud / Solstice Rune from Mons Letalis / Tro Jeg Eye from Scarlet Desert and a meteor jewel which is a random drop off any mob in any of the zones I listed.
Anyways, since I'm sure Allakhazam is enjoying his long weekend, ;) the stats on the arms are:

does any 1 know where at least half the stuff for thses quests drop? personally i think the axe is the only one worth it, BUT i cant find where the damn peices for it drop, any idea any1?

Got this off a Mountainous Stonegrabber in Dawnshroud. Conned blue to me at 47. Hit in the high 90's/low 100's. Good thing I had a partner. Definitely not Ranger soloable unless you bow/kite.

hey, for anybody on Bristlebane that has any extra info on how to get these items(i know they did just come out) plz give me a tell, name is Aanolen, Filindar, or Negadas. any extra help would be appreciated, thanks =)
