marc of unity i bought in bazaar but he told me it dropped in scarlet desert off a named mob sounded like one of those shadow undead robed things vex thal something or other, the pewter figire dropped off ravishing rockhopper

I looted a Sky Jewel off of a large Zelniak in Dawnshroud Peaks. I think these are merely random drops in several zones, with named mobs dropping the higher level pieces. A zealous Zelniak dropped a mark, but it wasn't for a monk quest. Somethin' to keep in mind.

Got a sky jewel off a Dire Sonic Wolf in Tenebrous Mountains yesterday, now any ideas where the rest csan be found? I will post if I discover anything more....
