I've noticed he asks for 5 different quest items. NPC's can only take 4 items at a time, am i right?

Just got a light etched emerald off a Light Stonegrabber in Mons Letalis. Seems to be a rare spawn as I have been hunting here for awhile now and first time I have seen it. Was blue to a level 53 druid and pretty easy kill. That was its only drop.
