Loot a Glowing Symbol of Shar Vahl (drops from named and rares in Night of Shadows), and right-click it to open up a spell reward window. No class should need any more than five Glowing Symbol of Shar Vahl per level to obtain all their spells. The Glowing Symbol of Shar Vahl can be downgraded to Greater, Median, Lesser and Minor. Those are the level 120 ToL spells, there doesn't seem to be any new level 120 rk3 spell for necromancers in NoS since [link=/db/spell.html?spell=65437]Fleshrot's Grip of Decay[/link] only has one rank.
