There seem to be several NPC's that talk about the Realm of Heroes. Here is the one in Felwithe. Nethryn is located in the Felwithe Inn named "Travelers Home" on the first floor, first room.

You say, 'hail Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato bows at the waist, his manner sincere and regal with the soft smile upon his lips. ''Greetings and good day Aerian , I trust that [you are well]?''

You say, 'I am well.'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'Excellent! It is quite a pleasant day, indeed. However, I am curious, and I do not mean not [to pry], but by what grace of Tunare have I the pleasure of your company? Perhaps you merely [travel], or is it [me] you truly seek?

You say, 'why do you pry?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'Very well, I do apologize if I did offend. May your travels be rewarding and Tunare's good grace upon you, Aerian .

You say, 'it is you that I seek.'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato blinks in surprise, a sense of pride lighting is face. ''I see. It has been some time since I have been called upon in [this realm]. I am afraid that I cannot leave [my post], however, I shall pray for Tunare?s guidance to the answers you seek.''

You say, 'what is your post in this realm?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'I am Lord Nethryn the Arbitrator, once a devout priest of Tunare, and now a most loyal servant. I once resided within the [Realm of Heroes], but she has called upon me again to [serve] as I did once within my [mortal form] and years.

You say, 'what did you serve in your mortal form'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato sighs heavily, a look of trouble and sorrow upon his brow. ''Several centuries past, within the first years of [his majesty's] rise to the throne, I served as the High Priest of Tunare and was head of the [council], that most dreadful council. I do not regret my past work, as I did [what needed to be done] then. It was all for the benefit of our people, both Fier'Dal and Koada'Dal alike.''

You say, 'what council'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'The council I served upon was a council of five priests and a single knight, all of which were devout in the most sincere meaning of the word to the Earth Mother. With the rising [activities] of the most vile [Lord Mistmoore], the council was placed as a judge and jury for all who had become infected with the [disease].

You say, 'what sort of activities?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'The Vampire Lord, Mayong Mistmoore, who continues his tyrannical and monstrous rise in power within our neighboring forest had begun to manifest is power in attempts to further his rule and dominion over the continent of Faydwer. In the Lord's attempts, he unleashed the Lycanthropy virus upon the forests, infecting many of our nation's people. In time, the virus had been eliminated and was no longer a threat, but the [souls] of those who were unfortunate enough to meet the council did not survive, but were avenged.

You say, 'what souls?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'There were too many to count. . . Far too many condemned souls. There was nothing we could do for them but ease their pain and assist to keep the virus from spreading to the other inhabitants of our nation. No cure existed, and to this day, a cure continues to evade us. I still remember the [last] victim that I had to condemn before Tunare chose me for ascension.

You say, 'what last victim?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato 's eyes swell with pain and fury. ''A young girl by the name of Khasra, was the youngest that our council had to attend and judge. I will never forget her face, nor the voice of her pleading mother. Forever I shall regret that decision, and regret our ignorance to her [threat].''

You say, 'what was her threat'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'The young girl's mother had threatened to take Khasra to the Lord's domain and seek a cure there if we did not further our search for one. She would not allow her daughter to fall to the same fate as all the others had. We ignored her threat, and in turn, the girl now walks as a servant of Mistmoore, eternally embraced as one of his monstrous creations. I pray with every waking energy of my being for her, and still I know not why Tunare has chosen me for this [task and glory].

You say, 'what is your task and glory?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'I am a herald, a harbinger, and a judge of the Earth Mother. I have been charged with the duty of [accepting] those who have won the eyes and favor of the gods and returning to them recognition and reward for their deeds.

You say, 'who is to be accepted?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'Those who have been found worthy in their deeds to accept recognition from the gods are given a [coin] that they mayl give to one of the many [heroes and servants] that the gods have recently returned to this realm.

You say, 'what coin of heroes and servants?'

Lord Nethryn the Arbitrato says 'There are five coins, five very specific coins that hold a divine light and essence to them. Even the hand and eye of the most crafted rogue or artist cannot forge Honor, Insight, Gallantry, Tranquility, and Faith.

All of these NPC's in different cities are there to reward people who turn in a coin given to them by a GM, as explained in a few of the already existing posts. The coins found in the various cities has nothing to do with the Realm of Heros. I'm not sure what events the coins are rewarded at other than the Tunare Event in Lesser Fay, of which I was present at and a part of. On the server I currently play on, there were only 4 people that were rewarded coins. Myself being one of them, I recieved from Lord Nethryn a mask, The Face Mask of Bumblok: magic/no drop. 2AC, +4 WIS, +50 Mana, +10 SVF/C, DRU, SHM, CLR/ALL. This was about 2 years ago, so I'm not sure what the stats on the other items rewarded were, though I seem to recall a sash and a sword given, I can't remember what the other item was. Well, I hope this clarifies what Lord Nethryn of Felwithe's purpose is.

GM Events
# Mar 20 2002 at 1:04 PM Rating: Default
These NPC's seem to recount the most recent GM events in that area. I know the one in Qeynos recounts the plague in the Karanas and the never ending struggle between the Plaugebringer and the Emporer and the good gods worshipped in Qeynos Nife and Karana. They seem to pe a part of GM events. I suggest you buy a no rent newspaper once in a while to keep up with whats going on in the towns, maybe you can be in the right place at the right time for a GM event.

# Jan 22 2002 at 8:53 PM Rating: Default
Theres this Halfling outside of rivervale. When you zone into the misty thicket and walk strait you run into him. If you hail him he just blathers on about stealing a diamond from a god and becomeing one of the chosen ones. He says theres lots of other chosen ones all over Norrath. His story is really long and kinda boring. Hope this helps somone.

Just my two cents, If there is a coin on Tranquility it's probably from Quellious.

Any idea who the others may be from?

It talks about the Realm of Heroes Quest (broken). Actually all coins associated with the quest are from GM events. Each Coin represents a class. I helped defeat the Faceless in Lfay with Firiona Vie. Both the Faceless and Firiona Vie were GMs. Usually 5 coins are given out at these events, 4 people are used in any rights or rituals associated with the event, and one is randomly given out to a worthy player who proves him or herself worty. I was chosen as the 5th because of my "bard skills" was playing a Paly at the time but in the down time I was giving a verbal reinactment of the battle between Firiona Vie and Lanys the Daughter of Hate during the great battle in which Sir Jevik lost his life. My reward was the Coin of Gallantry, turned into Lord Nethryn and was rewarded with Sir Jeviks Blessed Cape. I've seen some nice rings from these events, a necklace for casters that allows perminant breathing underwater, a haste sash, and some very minor items such as an amulet that is 1ac and 100 manna.

So to sum it up, the coins are not quested. They are from GM events. There is no other way to achieve them.

Be well all.

The coins you picked up in Kaladim and Felwithe are for the Enchanter's Tashania quest, and yes, there are several more coins in several other cities.

Lesser Fay GM Event
# Aug 02 2001 at 5:11 PM Rating: Default
The quest that spanned all the servers, where Lesser Fay was corrupted for a time. My little level 7th High Elf Enchantress was there at the time and witnessed the happenings. She paid her respects to Firiona and afterwards was summoned to here. She commended me on my spirit and etc, and handed me a coin. I no longer remember what the coin was called. But I turned it in to Lord Nethryn, as Firiona advised me to and I recieved a:
Storage Pendant of T'dral
Ac: 1, Mana +100

Pretty nice item for a level 7 enchantress, and even moreso actually recieving a GM event item, considering how low level my enchanter was.

the Lord Nethryn guy talked about a disease and so did Jaylia. Also maybe you have to do somethin for each of the heroes and they give you a coin.I think each hero has a different diety, and theyre all probably in different cities

Jaylia the Faithful
# Jul 19 2001 at 8:32 PM Rating: Default
I talked to Jaylia the Faithful in Qeynos and she told me about the Realm of Heroes. She also told me how she got into the realm of heroes. She showed her devotion to her diety, Rodcet Nife. Maybe you haveta do somethin faithful. she didn't mention any coins but isn't Faith one of the names them?

It sounds to me like there isn't really any positive information about this quest. It could be that this quest is not for low levels. I have noticed that you have to be a certain level to do any quest. If the quest is meant for levels 40+ maybe there is something about killing the people for the coins.I think there is also some truth to maybe the five coins are on the five continents.Of course this is just my opinion. If anyone does find out anything about this quest please let other people know. This is one of those quests that has been invented but not really expected to be solved or finished.

The Token of Bravery is one of the tokens used in the Testimony of Truth quest in Freeport North. It's part of the Soulfire quest, which in turn is part of the Fiery Avenger quest, which is part of the Fiery Defender quest. Kind of long
