Slaggak the Trainer is a rare flagged creature, PH is a frost giant trainer. Loc +240 +1340, top left room in the area in the middle of the zone with the three L shaped rooms.
I was not able to hand in at dubious but with invis trick I was able to hand in at indifferent.

Slaggak the Trainer says 'Hello there, Human. I am Slaggak, the trainer. The Kromrif here will soon be ready to serve the great and honorable King Tormax. You say, 'I will serve King Tormax' Slaggak the Trainer says 'So you say, little one. Why are you here, then? You should be out slaying those pestering little Coldain or maybe those damnable shard wurms and wyverns.' You say, 'What about the Coldain?' Slaggak the Trainer says 'The Coldain are the ice dwarves. They have defiled our lands for long enough. Thinking of them makes my blood run hot. With my new position as trainer, I am not allowed to roam the lands and slaughter their kind as I once did.' Slaggak sighs. 'I long for the days when I could fashion necklaces from their skulls.' You say, 'What about their skulls?' Slaggak the Trainer says 'Go from here and seek out the Coldain, slay them, and return to me with their heads. I wish to fashion four skull talismans as I once did. If you can do this for me, I will surely let King Tormax know of your deeds and reward you with a piece of armor from the Militia armory.' (this is a separate quest) You say, 'What shard wurms?' Slaggak the Trainer says 'You must have seen the shard wurms by now! The lizards that roam the lands eating whatever they can find? They can grow to be quite ferocious! Not nearly as ferocious as their ancient cousins, the dragons, but a nuisance nonetheless. We have a bounty on those beasts here in Kael Drakkel. You say, 'What bounty?' Slaggak the Trainer says 'If you think you have what it takes to slay the shard wurms or their relatives, the wyverns, bring back proof of your exploits. For every four shard wurm teeth you bring me, I am authorized to reward you with a pair of cerulean greaves. I realize this is somewhat off topic... but does anyone find it odd that the vambraces have more ac than the greaves?
Other than that, they look kinda neat, and you can always make some newbies happy with them I'm sure. All the while, you get tormax up. And that's always good.

Does this mob have a placeholder cause i cant find him anywhere in the location that he is supposed to be in.

this is a fairly high lvl quest and the stats are really unexceptable ..i mean come on +2str and 11ac.. well ac is not bad ..but still it is no reward neither..anyhow just my 2 cents...oh yah any one look at the pc on the vambraces 750 seems like a tad much for those stats

For those wondering like I was, Slaggak is on Kromrif faction so he will beat you down if you beat up on Giants before going and killing in Skyshrine... my Kromrif is threatning and my Kromzek is ally... it's a pain.

I turned 4 heads.. and got Giant scalemail sleeves
(ac11 wis3 int-3 hp20 cleric and some melee classes only, medium sized) instead of Cerulean stuff.
Also can someone tell me where can i find tooth? Ive killed many Shardwurms but cannot find one.

near where the giants are fishing, there is an inlet up on the right hand upper ledge. he is back in the buildings there.

As in facing the fisherman giant turn around and it is back in the alcove that splits in a 'Y' facing the 'Y' go to the left alcove, he's in the building with 3 Reqruiter Giants.
