Slave Keys  

The camp where the 2 slavers spawn also sometimes spawns a warden, this mob drops a Master Crushbone Slave Key, the question is, what does this key do? none of the slaves i've given it to will take it.

I saw him hanging out near the zone, so I gave him key 15. The only reason I know he took it is because I dont have it anymore!
Here's how he thanked me:
"You dare to speak to a member of the eldritch collecive!! You had best leave before yoou find your soul displaced from your body."

"The power of the eldritch collective shall put an end to your vile life."

He hit me with fire spells for 28 points before I got back through the zone.

maybe Iksar's shouldnt try turning in key 15?

Does a key disappear if you give the wrong key to the slave, or do they give you some type of msg like, "sorry that doesn't work for me."

There is a new npc in Crushbone named Kelynn, he spawns in the Slaver Caves on the spot where Rondo spawns. There's no doubt you are supposed to give him a key to free him, I just don't know which one and I haven't been able to try every key on him yet. Oh, and killing him will lower your faction with the Scouts of Tunare. He's not KOS to my wood elf but he will help the slavers just like all the other slaves. If anyone has any more knowledge about the newly placed npc Kelynn, then please reply to this post.

to whom it may concern dont know which key to give to who or if you have the right person? try giving them something else first like say foraged food they will then tell you which key they need. :)

Does anybody know what to do with rondo's tounge?

OK, read the summary at the top regarding keys #22-24; they are for freeing slaves in minotaur caves in Steamfont, which my high level friends say ARE NOT THERE YET ("to be implemented"); so you can give away those keys to the slaves if you lose your list of who gets which key (or you can give them anything and the slave will tell you what they need). The slaves are random spawns; i.e. the female high elf slave can spawn anywhere with 2 exceptions: Retlon Brenclog and his pet ALWAYS spawn in the 2nd pit to the right after you enter Crushbone. Also a female woodelf is a placeholder for Kelynn the Rogue spy (woodelf rogue quest for the Scout Cape) in the leftmost mine-cave next to the wagon. If you attack an orc near some of the slaves and spy plus the dwarf smiths and elf priest (inside the hut to the left), they may attack you to aid their orc captors. Try not to kill these characters as you may lose good faction; you can zone to escape. You are welcome to kill Ambassador DVinn the dark elf, Rondo the dwarf bandit (who spawns near Kelynn and the wagon) and all the orcs. FREE THE SLAVES!

Anyone know where to find that female high elf? I just can't seem to do it.

Do you lose faction when you kill Kelynn. I was FAR FAR away from a zone and got jumped by him, so I killed him. It didn't state that I had lost faction, but I was just curious since the subject came up....

If you have trouble getting the slaver keys because you get killed everytime you get near the castle or because the slavers seem to always be camped or kill stealed (gggrrrr) wait off to the side ater a major train to zone and when most players have zoned out or died, just loot all the corpses lying around. Works for belts and lego pads too. seems a sad way to work your way up but....

ok, 30'th lvl rog here, it is called "sneak hide".
Any mob that has or can cast see invisible, can see through sneek hide, it has nothing to do with the mobs lvl. I used sneak hide to get to the ***/sup room in lower guk when i was lvl 4, and got my mask. Oracles can rarely cast see invisible, and they tend to cast it on dvinn and the emperor. Hope this helps )
