I just got he silk piece for this fine robe (thanks Common Wealth Alliance!). Anyone know what faction is needed? I know its kindly in Thurg for quests there, but is it the same for SS quests? Please only post if you know for sure for SS.

Lothieder Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Lothieder Fe`Dhar' Lothieder Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings to you. I seek those who call themselves enchanters. Are you what I seek?' You say, 'I am an enchanter' Lothieder Fe`Dhar says 'I thought so. I have several tasks for you accomplish. Once you have completed them I will have a cap, a robe, sleeves, wristbands, gloves, leggings and boots to reward you with.' You say, 'What robe?' Lothieder Fe`Dhar says 'This exquisite robe shall be yours in exchange for a tattered silk robe and three pristine emeralds.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Tattered silk armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. You must be ally with CoV to do skyshrine quests.

How are you supposed to kill dragons at temple of veeshan and loot the tattered silk, while trying to keep your faction up with them??? As i understand it, you have to be allied with them to turn in the silk. Please let me know of any information. Would help, thanks!!

A special place in tov (hot) is no faction hits...

If you are on COV faction then no hits on HOT. ALso the pieces you need arre torn silk not tattered which drops in the west side of TOV and is for similar quests for those on kael faction.
The int caster items are significantly better stats on COV faction than for kael or thurg faction.

Was wondering what faction the Illusionist's line of quests were on and if there was a way to raise this faction without lowering gaint or coldain faction.
