Fardonad Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Fardonad Fe`Dhar' Fardonad Fe`Dhar bows. 'Hail, most pious one. I sense the aura of your devotion and conviction and it is strong about you. A shame you are so short lived, mortal. But I see potential in you and for that I shall aid you in your calling if you are a cleric. Do you wish my aid?' You say, 'I wish your aid' Fardonad Fe`Dhar says 'Then I have a set of goals for you. Once you have achieved them, you shall be rewarded with a helm, a breastplate, armplates, bracers, gauntlets, greaves and boots. May they protect you from your enemies.' You say, 'What breastplate?' Fardonad Fe`Dhar says 'As your faith protects you, so shall this breastplate. I must have an unadorned breastplate and three pieces of black marble.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned plate armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Were is the best place to go to improve CoV Faction?
The best way to improve CoV faction is to do the plate cycle in the manor and to turn in helms and toes to Lt Melvin in Skyshrine.
The best place to improve CoV faction is the Kael Arena. You will receive much more faction points killing in the Arena than in GD or the entrance to Kael.
Go to Great Divide and kill Frost Giants and/or Drakkel Wolves. Gives good CoV faction, but not much coin and drops are generally poor. But it's worth it to do Skyshrine quest.

all unadorned items drop in Halls of testing in Temple of veeshan they are quite random named mobs mainly just drop runes and such for other SS quests then armor bp and legs are quite rare boots and gaunts drop alot bps drop from 65 mobs mainly but can drop from anything 60 +

Drops on the halls of testing side of ToV and need to have ally to CoV faction to complete the quests.
