You can obtain this group mission by speaking to Drifter Minki in The Nexus near the Odus portal pad. Drifter Minki is on the find tool (Ctrl+F).
You say, 'Hail, Drifter Minki' Drifter Minki says, 'Ika! Ika! Hail, adventurer! Please wait! Minki could really use your [help]!' You say, 'What do you need help with?' Drifter Minki says, 'Aakaka, Minki is so relieved! You are the first person to notice me. Are you familiar with [Velious]?' You say, 'Velious is a barren, icy wasteland.' Drifter Minki looks up at you with wide eyes. 'Kwee! Do you not like Velious?' He lets out a squeaky laugh. 'Yiyiyiyi, Minki understands. All of that ice is so blinding! So ugly! But Velious is where Minki is from and where Minki's [brother] is.' You say, 'Are you looking for your brother?' Drifter Minki nods emphatically. 'Yes! Minki feels very guilty. Minki made a [daring escape] from the evil Zlandicar and evil Chetari... but Minki left Minki's brother Rinki behind.' His eyes begin to glimmer with tears. 'Minki is eya visso. Very sad.' You say, 'Tell me more about your daring escape.' Drifter Minki rubs the tears from his eyes and sniffs back a bubble of snot threatening to drip from his nose. 'Minki is so tired of fighting the Chetari. One day, Minki heard rumors that other Paebala escaped from the tunnels. Well, Minki wants to leave too!' He lets out a defeated sigh. 'Aieee. Minki tried talking to other Paebala in the tunnels, but they are too scared to escape. Minki's brother is the same. They're all afraid that Vaniki or Zlandicar will find and kill us. But now Minki knows about this place called [Luclin]! Minki thinks we will all be safe there. Now, Minki just needs to tell Rinki the good news! If Minki brings a group of [strong] adventurers, maybe Rinki will be brave enough to leave.' You say, 'Luclin isn't exactly safe....' Drifter Minki lets out a tiny gasp. 'Kweeee! Do you not think so? Well... it must better than living in a tunnel and being forced to fight our cursed brethren all day. Do you not think so?' Minki's whiskers twitch while he ponders your warning. 'Well, if Minki and Rinki are together, nothing on Luclin can stop us! Now I just need to get Rinki, yiyiyi.' You say, 'I'm pretty strong.' Drifter Minki gives you a thumbs up. 'Minki thinks so too! You look eya strong!' He takes his bag off his back and peers into it, then frowns. 'Aieee. Minki cannot repay you. All Minki has is cheese.' He thinks for a moment. 'Ika! The Paebala and Chetari always dig up items in the tunnels. If you come with me, you can keep what you find. It will be a tough mission, but Minki thinks it will be worth your while! What do you think? Will you [come with Minki]?' You have received a request timer for 'Risky Rat Rescue': 0d:1h:0m remaining. You have been assigned the task 'Risky Rat Rescue'. You say, 'come with Minki' Drifter Minki says, 'Aakaka, Minki is so happy. Together, we can navigate the tunnels and find Minki's brother. Then, Minki and Rinki can travel the world and live peacefully.' LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... You have entered Dragon Necropolis: Risky Rat Rescue. You end up not far from the rat tunnels at /loc 316, -1513, -12 1. Tell Minki you're ready to begin the rescue mission 0/1 You say, 'Hail, Minki' Minki says, 'Aakaka, thank you again for coming with Minki. You make Minki feel eya pallo with your kindness. Minki has a good sniffer, so we will sniff our way to Rinki. But, aieee, these are dangerous tunnels. Chetari territory. You will have to protect Minki while Minki uses sniffer. Please let Minki know when you are prepared to [depart] and we will begin.' You say, 'Let us depart.' Minki gives two thumbs up. 'Let us go. Please follow Minki closely. If you want to leave at any time, just tell Minki! Tila, be careful around the spiders. They do not think rats are very tasty, but maybe they will feel differently about you. Hopefully they do not notice you.' 2. Delve into the underground tunnels with Minki 0/1 Follow Minki until you receive an update around location 350, -1375, -239. 3. Defend against the Chetari scavengers 0/4 Dragon Necropolis At this point, six a Chetari scavenger spawn, Four nearby all on top of each other. Currently they see through invisibility, IVU, and SOS (though this is probably a bug). They can be mezed, rooted, and snared. Kill 4 of them. Your task 'Risky Rat Rescue' has been updated. Rinki spawns around location 580, -500, -256. 4. Tell Minki it's safe to continue 0/1 Dragon Necropolis Minki says, 'Kwee! Thank you for protecting Minki. But now, Minki needs your help picking a [direction]....' You say, 'direction' To continue with bonus loot: You say, 'snack' To continue without bonus loot: You say, 'brother' 5. Follow Minki deeper into the tunnels 0/1 Dragon Necropolis 6. Escort Minki toward the scent of Rinki 0/1 Dragon Necropolis 7. Fight off Chetari reinforcements 0/5 Dragon Necropolis Kill 5 a Chetari raider. Your task 'Risky Rat Rescue' has been updated. 8. Reassure Rinki that it's safe to leave the tunnels 0/1 Dragon Necropolis You say, 'Hail, Rinki' Rinki looks at you and Minki with pain in his eyes. 'Minki!? Ika! Mi za'ka thwam. Na Chetari wo nikao muma. Se... Rinki za'bu wue fwee.' Rinki doubles over, clutching his stomach. 'Rinki does not feel so good. Rinki was so hungry and ate some dragon meat. Rinki thinks that was a [bad] idea....' You say, 'bad' Rinki's teeth grow longer. His body makes awful snapping and crunching noises as it grows larger. Rinki howls in pain. His eyes focus on you. They are dark and glazed over, unlike the Rinki who had been speaking to you only moments earlier. Your task 'Risky Rat Rescue' has been updated. 9. Defeat Maddened Rinki 0/1 Dragon Necropolis Kill Maddened Rinki. Your task 'Risky Rat Rescue' has been updated. 10. Loot the chest 0/1 Dragon Necropolis Open the Plundered Chetari Treasure. This chest appears around location 582, -498, -255. Your task 'Risky Rat Rescue' has been updated. You have received a replay timer for 'Risky Rat Rescue': 0d:5h:0m remaining. Minki looks anxious but gives you a small nod of appreciation. 11. (Opt) Follow Minki toward the scent of the cheese 0/1 Dragon Necropolis 12. (Opt) Defeat Endsa 0/1 Dragon Necropolis Kill Endsa. It appears around location 168, -1776, -253. Endsa collapses to the ground. 'Aakaka, you have protected Minki yet again. Endsa was a ruthless Chetari soldier. All the Paebala would run and hide when they saw her. Not only did you kill Endsa, you also rescued the cheese! Minki is eya grateful for you, yiyiyi. Now, let us follow the trail to my [brother].' You have been given: Necropolis Cheese This appears on your cursor and everyone in group gets it. You say, 'brother' 13. (Opt) Give the cheese to Rinki to calm his nerves 0/1 Dragon Necropolis Give Rinki the Necropolis Cheese. Everyone in the task gets the bonus loot anywhere, even not in zone. Rinki snatches the cheese from your hands and eats it ravenously. He pauses and makes an awful hacking noise, before coughing something onto the ground in a puddle of bile. I was able to group with 120 to do this mission. I was Lvl 113 and able to enter and complete mission.
When you get to the part where you find rinki back off or you wont get bonus and have to redo.

4 rats spawn at first kill spawn so be ready. They are rootable and you can invis past the spiders
