all 8 shinies can be found in nearly every spot within the Crescent Reach non instance zone.
i have found them all around outside in the starting spot with the Dragons and guild masters
also on every level of the city, in rooms, and buildings, inside huts
and outside by the streams, buildings, ledges and in the caves area by the zone line to Blightfire Moore
