This is a Stomple's Day task. You can get this task from Mei Glacierbane in The Eastern Wastes (ToV). You can find her at /waypoint -2476, -2374, -4 which is in the southeast corner of the zone where all the other merchants are. She's on Find (Ctrl+F).

You say, 'Hail, Mei Glacierbane'

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Och. Hail and well met traveler. Did you see which way they went? The [soot sprites]?'

You say, 'What soot sprites?'

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Yah, you know woollies, dust bunnies, bits of fluff that cause all sorts of [trouble]. '

You say, 'What trouble?'

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Who knows what they will get up to? I started [cleaning the camp], and then I was dodging nasty big pointy teeth!'

You say, 'You're cleaning the camp?'

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Spring is here and it is time to clean and restock. I can't be wasting my time chasing [after] drifting dustballs of grime.'

You say, 'I could chase after the dust bunnies.'

You have been assigned the task 'A Flurry of Spring'.

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Good. See if you can beat the fuzz out of them.'

1. Kill 10 dust bunnies 0/10 The Eastern Wastes

"a wandering dust bunny" and "a roaming dust bunny" can be found just outside the encampment walls and to the west to about the third circle of crystal rings in the zone.

2. Speak with Mei about the dust bunnies 0/10 The Eastern Wastes

You say, 'Hail, Mei Glacierbane'

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Aw, did you get those plush [puff] beasties?'

You say, 'I did remove many of the puff monstrosities, but they kept coming back.'

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Hrmph. I had enough time to weed out our vegetable and herb collection. You should take these pieces to make them a salad, and then feed it to those rampaging rabbits.'

You are given Faydwer Basil, Mint, Carrot, Lettuce, Ear of Corn and Mei's Salad Bowl.

3. Mix up the greens to create a Mixed Green Salad 0/10 The Eastern Wastes

Combine Faydwer Basil, Mint, Carrot, Lettuce & Ear of Corn in Mei's Salad Bowl (all of the items, to include the bowl, are consumed) to make 15 Mixed Green Salad.

4. Feed the dust bunnies 0/10 The Eastern Wastes

Go back and give 1 Mixed Green Salad to ten A wandering dust bunny.

(They will fall over dead.)

A wandering dust bunny nibbles on the bountiful salad before it and slowly fades away.

5. Speak with Mei about the dust bunnies 0/10 The Eastern Wastes

You say, 'Hail, Mei Glacierbane'

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Have you taken care of those [rampaging] rabbits?'

You say, 'Indeed. I have fed those rampaging rabbits and sent them on their way.'

You helped Mei clean up the camp of dust bunnies. Too bad that the cleaning never ends.

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Excellent. May those fiends blow away and never bother us again.'

You say, 'Hail, Mei Glacierbane'

Mei Glacierbane says, 'Hares, conies, and rabbits. Happy Stomples Day.'

You can just feed the whole stack of Mixed Green Salad to a single bunny and get all 10 updates.

If you're doing it with multiple people you can even get more than one person done by shoving other's stacks into the bunny while the death animation is playing.
