You can get this task while you still have others, but can't actually do anything until after you finish the other two partisan tasks.
1. Talk to Daerius Jaegir about the [toxic] results 0/1
Say toxic to him and he gives you the next steps. I don't remember the dialogue
2. Hunt Shadow Wolves for proof of deception 0/6
Umbra wolves also counted
3. Loot the Shadowed Subjugation Collars 0/6 (are prelootable)
4. Return Shadowed Subjugation Collars to Daerius 0/6
5. Talk with Daerius Jaegir about [the collars] 0/1
6. Collect the Residue of Shadow 0/6
These came off of various shadows and are prelootable
7. Return the Residue of Shadow to Daerius 0/6
8. Talk with Daerius Jaegir about [the residue] 0/1
9. Defeat the shaded assassin 0/1
10. Talk with Daerius Jaegir about the [shaded assassin]
Final two steps are a bit buggy. Have to say "residue" and "put them" several times before the assassin spawns.

He is located at -162, -1410, 3 in the far east section of the zone. He is on the find tool CTRL F. You can get this task while you still have others, but can't actually do anything until after you finish Exploring Shadow Valley's Burn Scars and Catching Lightning. Say toxic to him and he gives you the next steps. I don't remember the dialogue Umbra wolves also counted. These are prelootable, however each person in the group will have to loot their own piece. You cannot trade or pick up off the ground to get credit. These came off of various shadows and are prelootable but same rules apply as the collars. A few annoying things in this quest:
1. Each character has to loot the items from the collection steps. Receiving them in trades or picking up off the ground doesn't count. You can get kill/loot credit for the Residue step from the Collar step (even though it hasn't shown up yet).
2. The assassin from the last step won't spawn if more than 1 person in your group has the quest. You need to drop someone from the group, have them say the last phrase, then re-add to the group after it spawns. Everyone will get credit for the kill.
