This quest is from Frank at the ZI. (Findable) after completing the previous 2 of his, he will give you this when you /say intel.
He sends you to Lasna Cheroon (Findable), the same female vamp on the western side of the zone that he sent you to the prior quest.
She sends you to explore 3 places and once there, each updates with a second step. They are:
Explore the small clearing to the far east -24, -915, -27
Collect the Crumpled Parchment Azia (ground spawn at the same location as above)
Explore the Southeastern Ruins -337, -428, -55
Collect the Crumpled Parchment Beza -328, -400, -57 (sitting on a broken wall)
Explore the southernmost ruins -464, 367, -55
Collect the Crumpled Parchment Caza -428, 369, -54
Bring Lasna the 3 ground spawns and hail her after you give them to her
Greet the Sanguine Sympathizer with 'Lumanes" -417, 587, -76, one tier below Lasna right next to the cliff edge.
/say Lumanes to Sanguine and get Crumpled Parchment Dena. Go give it to Lasna.
She gives you a Stack of Crumpled Parchments. Take it back to Frank and you're done!

This updates at /waypoint -337, -428, -55. Crumpled Parchment Beza is sitting on a broken wall at the same location. This updates at /waypoint -464, 367, -55. Crumpled Parchment Caza is a ground spawn in the only intact corner of the ruins. Lasna Cheroon says, 'This is just what we were looking for.' 'Another Tian Kaas? Another? Will they ever learn?' Looking up to _____, the vampyre explains, 'It seems once a week or so, they mount an attack that they call Tian Kaas. It's laughingly predictable at this point. At least the documents confirm another is coming. Thank you.' The information gathered was both new and as expected.
